Zucci in East Lindsey

Great find in the middle of Woodhall Spa. Friendly staff, even the owner wanders around. Portions are large.

We had walked past this restaurant many times and it was always full so never tried it but this time we took a chance of booking it and we got a table 😀 so glad we did as it was amazing the service was just right no pressure no interference when we were eating and I like that. We had a shared starter lovely. And we all had a different main with no one complaining out of 4 that's good so if I had the option of going again as a group I would definitely put this place in the hat 10/10

The meal we had was below average and wasn’t worth the price we paid. The starters were bland. The meatball main course came out piping hot but the taste was very bland. There were no favours in the sauce or the meatballs. This wasn’t worth £17 . I have eaten in an Italian chain with a similar name and this has higher quality and this is a chain. For a independent chain I thought we would get food which had lots of flavours. The prawn pasta was even worse than the meatballs. It had too much sauce and was overpowered by chilli. This is all I could taste which wasn’t pleasant. The prawns were small and reminded me of prawns you get from supermarkets that are frozen. There were many waiters/waitresses on but the drink order took a long time to come.The added tip to your bill I thought was very cheeky. You should be given the option to tip especially if you are party of below 6/8. It was brought to my knowledge that we could have this taken from the bill but this would have been embarrassing to be then questioned why we didn’t want to pay. I am not one for complaining and embarrassing waiters/waitresses on the night. I paid the tip and didn’t complain but feel that a review is needed for people to read. Cash is also legal tender and as soon as cash is taken away we are in very unsettled times. Especially for an independent chain like yours.

Lovely food and great atmosphere. Ordered the meatballs for starter and carbonara for main course. Extremely quick and good service. Would recommend.

What an amazing evening out. Sam, our server was friendly, funny, sociable and recommended some great drink options to elevate our meal. The food was spot-on italian; the portions were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and dishes were familiar but with exciting new twists. I absolutely loved the garlic bread with Nduja, the king prawn tagliatelle with a cream sauce filled with unique herbs and that charlotte cake that was as light and hopeful as a bright fluffy cloud. Would absolutely recommend this place!!

Absolutely loved our visit here. Gorgeous, fresh, modern decor, beautiful lighting, friendly staff,a lovely comfortable atmosphere and, as I mentioned at the time, what I think was the best pizza I have ever had!I went for a Montanara. Sounded interesting, tasted absolutely gorgeous. You have to try this amazing creation consisting of chorizo, goats' cheese and a drizzle of honey. Absolutely outstanding.Special thanks to Amanda, who looked after us - friendly, attentive and she made us feel very welcome. Zucci had an excellent menu, nice fresh tasting food and I'd really recommend you try it!

My favourite Italian restaurant, great service and food. The optional tip added to your bill I think should be scrapped, it makes it awkward. I always tip but like to do it on my own terms

The restaurant didn’t have space for 10 people. So we had to sit separately but then there was a space for us to sit close to each other but the waitress didn’t let us move because she couldn’t be bothered to clean the table and she would also have to sanitise it so we had to sit separately from the rest of our group. She then later came back and tried to chat with us but it was more disturbing rather than pleasant. The food was good and we enjoyed it but the service was horrible.
