Bewiched in East Northamptonshire

I am definitely a fan of the chain of Bewiched coffee shops. This particular location had good coffee and bites to eat as usual but just lacked the normal charm of their other shops due to the nature of where it was. I would go in if shopping at Rushden Lakes but it would not be a destination I would go if I just wanted a coffee. Go to the one in Higham Ferrers if it's not the full retail park experience you are after.

Love a bewiched coffee. Iced vanilla with cream is always my order. But the last couple of times I've been in there haven't been a brilliant choice for gluten free food. Yes they have some packet bits by the till that are gluten free and vegan. But I do feel cheated when I can't have a slice of cake. Especially when there always seems to be a vegan option (which is good as my son has a Milk allergy) also the last time I went on they had run out of cream.

The coffee we had was quite tasty and we were happy with it. However we found the person taking our order was quite rude and blunt. Considering it was very quiet in the coffee shop (only 1 other couple sitting in), I would have expected a bit more politeness. We will, for sure, come back again, though.

I love the RL Bewitched! Especially since becoming a dog owner. They are pet friendly and even being over a bowl of water for your pet if you’d like one! Everyone has always been really helpful and friendly and we love sitting in the comfy chairs by the window! Great place, great location, great food and drinks! Thanks everyone at Bewitched 😀

I like Bewiched coffee! This is a good one as it's right on the river at Rushen Lakes. No toilet inside but the public toilets are just behind it so not a problem for me or the kids. They have milk alternatives so very happy with that. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere!

Lovely staff who seemed like they genuinely enjoy working there. One lady recommended the toffee and banana muffin and I've been getting it every time since! Oh, and good caramel latte as well👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Attended for a coffee and tea cake with some family. Was served by a very lovely dark haired employee, she could not have been more polite and cheerful, she really put a smile on our faces. Absolutely would recommend.

Wasn't very clean, had to ask for 3 x cups before I got a clean one.. staff member that served us was miserable. But, brew and flapjack was ok. Maybe it was the time we went in why it wasn't the best as one of the group said they're normally good when she's been before.

Lovely pot of tea and range of coffees, plus cold drinks available. Limited range of homemade cakes and snacks, reasonably priced. Dog friendly inside and outside.
