Cafe Bangla in East Northamptonshire

Updated:Consistently great food. Collected an order, last night but was a little disappointed with portion sizes. Spent £15 on standard curry, rice, bread & side veg. No complimentary poppadum or chutneys. I once got two servings from this, dinner for the next day! I understand prices are on the increase, my nann was so much smaller..Bring back the banquet deal on takewaway.Good value Indian restaurant, even more so when you order the 10.95 special. Food is always quality and good service. The only negative remark is there can be a steady stream of delivery drivers/customers walking through the restaurant, but that's just me being fussy. Give it a try!

Got to agree about being very expensive,think Rushden town centre could do with some competition. Food is of good standard, staff do not quite adhere to covid rules when delivering food to table

Great food as always, friendly staff & found us a table straight away as a walk in.

Dined in for Christmas dinner. It was very crowded and staff were not wearing masks.Food was good though and staff were friendly.

Firstly it's a shame the prices are so high, but food is very good, would have given 4 star rating but an expensive menu.Go to nearby Bedford to see how it's done correctly.

Absolutely delicious!!! Staff are really nice and polite as well. Wish it was a bit cheaper so we could have it more often but definitely makes it more worthwhile when we can order from here ☺️ highly recommend and I'm a fussy eater!

Very good curry house, visted while attending Santa Pod, at the time of visiting they had 20% off both food and drink. Great food. Will definitely visit again when at the Pod.

Delivery time was good. BUT the food was not great. Ordered through Uber eats and you can only review the driver on there not the take away so reviewing here. I ordered lamb tikka dansak but got plain chicken dansak, I had ordered with an offer and presume they didn’t want to sell me lamb on the cheap. Got halfway through and a piece of the chicken was like chewing sand, I couldn't think why that would happen and quite frankly was nearly sick. Very disappointing.

Excellent meal at Cafe Bangla. All food cooked fresh and to perfection. Staff are helpful & polite. Restaurant was immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic Service. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you

So, so good. 😋 Newly refurbished the resturant looks great. Spotlessly clean. The staff are absolutely lovely and the food? OMG!! Delicious! Really nice to try different dishes other than Korma, Tikka, Bhuna etc. We will absolutely be back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
