My first visit to this Brand. It had just opened for lunch service and soon many customers arrived. The gent serving me explained their product and took my order.Everything is beef, which suited me fine. I had a 7oz cheeseburger with salted fries and top up soda. There were about 15 extras to add to the naked burger at no extra cost.....so I pimped my burger!Food arrived hot, tasty and with good portion control. The toilets are unisex which is 'convenient ' and we're clan and well supplied. Not a cheap meal but I acknowledge the quality ingredients and excellent service to compensate.

Good place , very busy...Easy to park though, as its on a retail park so easy to find a space, although weekends it can get very busy.Service inside is very slow, so would advise ordering online first, even if you're sat in the car waiting, it's better than waiting in the small restaurant that can sometimes be very crowded.Week day evenings seem to be fairly quiet..Small eating area outside.Toilets inside.

Each burger cost enough to feed five guys. But they are pretty tasty. I won't be having one every day as I would need to get a second job.Tasty tasty tasty. But pricey.

Good price, tasty food, nice people, fast services, free refill drink

I had the hot dog and its was so rank i placed it into the bin. If you ask for straws then please prepare yourself for a tutorial on how to drink from a cup without the use of a straw, very very helpful. I just didnt realise such things could happen. Also costs about 8k to eat here lol.

Just had the best burger I've ever had. Milk shakes is to die for too. My Daughter had the grilled cheese sandwich which she didn't like but then she's not keen in cheese. I tried it and thought it was yummy. Well worth the £££

Prior to my visit 2 weeks ago I had only had Five Guys on one other occasion and that was at the restauraunt in Leicester. It's about the same as I remember it being: generally okay, quite costly, average service speed.I had the hamburger and my partner and I shared a large fries befween the two of us. The burger was decent but I felt it was over before it even started (they're not the biggest burgers around). We were given an abundance of fries which was nice (the peanut oil makes them worth it).I'd encourage people to take full advantage of the drinks machine and its free refills too.

Took my little boy for his first five guys experience. Food was fine, could have been a bit hotter but wasn't cold. Both of us loved the milkshake!

I mean there's not much to hate, food is absolutely delicious and cooked fresh to order, portions are plenty.Yes its expensive compared to other burger places but you get what you pay for.
