Pizza Express in East Northamptonshire

Really slow service, ordered food and waited for 45 minutes for no food to arrive they didn’t take the order properly and were flustered looking through receipts. Staff were miserable and had to ask for our order to be taken and the place was empty, no reasoning for such slow service, staff need a rocket up their bum! Will be trying a new chain as the food is incredible but not worth the wait here and the mood is awful.

Really liked the garlic bread and the new Seabass dish. They also accept blue light cards.Picked the fruit & prosecco cheesecake, it was lovely but a bit too sweet for me.

Not overly welcoming, when the food came it looked like they had forgotten the raw slaw as it came after I mentioned it and when it did arrive, not much of it and certainly not as described on the menu! It was all red cabbage which was bitter and a couple bits grated carrot, I pointed it out, they bought a replacement which was even less in the pot and still all red cabbage but a couple more bits carrot! Disappointed and disgusted considering the price. Pizzas were ok, nothing special. Some staff wandering about looking like didn’t want to be there. Worst ever experience and won’t be returning, will stick to st Neots as it’s far better food and atmosphere and much friendlier staff! The guy on the till was chirpy though!

Double charged for a meal and refused refund even with bankstatement provided. Fraudulant practice and will be reporting accordingly! Orders were wrong from starter to main. Upon complaining at the lack of toppings and presented with practically bread with tomato puree the manager had no idea how to resolve the issues. Offering no form of customer satisfaction. I had to prompt at a discount. A customer should never have to resolve the issues of their own order. Then faced with being double charged on a meal and refused refund.

Couldn't fault the food but the service was appalling which resulted in the low rating. Had to request for our food order to be taken. Drinks not topped up and we even had to find our own dessert menus as this wasn't offered when plates were finally take . Final straw was having to request for the bill twice. This was meant to be a works and birthday celebration but sadly disappointed our group.

Excellent service and delicious food. Very clean. Great new menu options too. Will definitely visit again.

Best dishes ever, new menu starting with this week. Really agreeable for families with children and even for dog walkers, as they have outsides seats and the dogs are also welcomed (moreover- they receive a free dog biscuit and fresh bowl of water).Definitely recommend to family and friends and whoever looks to have an amazing view over the lake during their lunch/dinner.

One of our favourite pizza places, great view and good value.

The place is clean and tidy, staff is nice but the pizza quality needs more attention. It's situated near the lake. The Leggera Diavolo pizza was a disappointment ...middle of pizza missing 🤨😕, vegetables just thrown on it but at least they were fresh. As soon as it get's cold the quality drops a lot. A good quality pizza has a good taste even if it gets cold. Won't return, not worth the money at all.

The staff are always very kind and they come to you quickly if you have any questions to ask or something to say. It sometimes can take quite a while till food is ready, especially if you order pizza, but this isn't a problem at all, as the starters and drinks come quite quickly. it's always very clean here and it's a lovely atmosphere, it feels very calm. The food is excellent, we've never had a problem with any of their food. We've been to pizza Express many times, and will be going again for their great food in the future!
