Rushden Town Bowling Club in East Northamptonshire

Very clean,easy access,nice bar and viewing area

First visit to the club. Very welcoming to New members.

Went to the open day-very friendly people who made us very welcome, even joined the club as something new to learn and do.

Private bowls club, but open to public for live events such as Swivel, which is a tribute band night, or private party's.Very friendly, clean, tidy well organised club facilities.Parking for over 50 cars.

Had a good time with friends,had Sunday carvery, it was excellent, so tasty, Knickerbocker glory for afters, delicious, you have to book before you go.large spacious and open large area Infront of bowls area,no quiet spots,but the food was first class.

The Swivel Club put on a fantastic show last night at the Rushden bowls club. Earl Jackson got everyone up and dancing and the Jets carried this on. A wonderful evening of entertainment and the Swivel Club raised lots of money for their charity to help local people.

We went at 1 30 and the food was excellent a credit to the staff and chef.Again went on Sunday for the roast,all I can say again is its delicious,perfect pork scratching just adds to the scrumscious good food.

Only been here for quiz night and that's a good atmosphere. The bowling part looks good but I can't judge. Toilets very clean which is often a sign I think.

First visit here and we were amazed at the size of the place. Nice welcome and explanation of facilities. We enjoyed our evening and were pleased to be helping this charitable venue.

OK ..I love this place has I've been to a many soul do's ...so I thought I'll book it for my 60th . That was a Friday Nite .After being there hour or so I was ask if I could tell all my guests who where in the bar area to mover into the hall ..because the bowlers where gunna come in off the outside green ...I did say no! ..has I had pay to hire the club and at no point i was informed that I was to make way for the bowlers ..also when I was in the toilets one of the old chaps complain to me about how loud the music was. ..we had to have half of the lights on in the hall until 10 o'clock as one strip of lights runs from the bar area into the hall ....my advice is if your gunna book the bowls check that your not gunna have to share it with some grumpy old buggers!!
