Subway in East Northamptonshire

Love subways, regular lunch for me but very disappointed to report my local branch (Rushden) is the only Subway I can think of that I’d avoid. The bread is regularity hard and the meat portions are the smallest I’ve encountered. I’ve just bought a chicken teriyaki foot long and watched the assistant put 2x 1/2 full scoops of meat in the bread spreading it so thinly including the sauce it just about covered the bread. When I queried how little she'd put in her response was ‘we normally put in 2x scoops’, but 2x 1/2 scoops is 1x normal scoop not ‘2x scoops’. She reluctantly put more in but although she wasn’t rude she was doing it begrudgingly. Unfortunately she’s not the friendliest on a good day. This whole situation is a regular occurrence when I do use this branch is isn’t that often. I can’t think of a time I’ve had a bad Subway anywhere else and I have them frequently. Such a shame as we as a family would use this branch far more often if they were like the others. Money wasted from me and money lost out on from them.

Ive not been to a subway in a long time but I used to get the steak and cheese wrap often. And it was made very well.This time they used a different wrap which was nicer however they piped guacamole on top of the wrap.Thats right piped a tube shaped on the top.Now it wasn't terrible bit I had to push some of that out it was too much.The staff were nice and friendly, one was a bit hard to understand but we got there.Overall it was enjoyable, just had to do a bit of after work.Food ****Service ****

It's hard to be disappointed with a subway, this branch was normal quality. Good amount of salad but the mayonnaise bottle releases a lot of sauce at once so you might get more mayo than you (and the employee) expected on your sub! My bread was perfectly toasted as usual, nachos + chicken bites were pretty good too

Didnt know what we wanted, so we added a couple of things, the woman added extra meat that we didntnask for and the total ended up being £13 for a 6 inch! Do not go here.

There’s not much to say about this place it’s a subway so you know what to expect if you have been to a subway before.However I will the place could with a bit more bringing up to date. There could be some improvements to the entrance. Just looks like you are entering someone’s house rather than a branch of a giant fast food company.

I love Subway. Good service, they change their gloves without asking when you order a veggie sub. Much better sandwiches than pre-made ones you get elsewhere. Meal deals are good too.

Adi is so helpful and friendly - he remembers ours orders ever time we come in to the store and is always so lovely! A real asset to Subway, and he makes the best Subs!

I keep finding hair in my food.. The first time it was in my tuna sub so I let it go awhile before I tried again and everything seemed fine but then I found A LOT of hair baked into my cookie.

Overpriced rubbish food. Got charged 10p for a bag that I never asked for, they just assumed I needed one. Charged me an extra £2.00 for salami on a foot long sub which I thought was wrong.. never again will I visit that shop again…
