Best bacon bap I've had in years and the coffee is pretty good as well, lovely friendly staff.

Friendly service in a nice location. Tasty toasted sandwiches with generous fillings. Good value menu.

Very understaffed. Very long wait in the queue. Food looked good. Felt it was overpriced. Without the wait it would have been better I expect

Excellent cafe situated within the beautiful setting of Barnwell Country Park.Friendly approachable staff serving high quality coffees/teas and freshly made food from the menu.Enjoyed my time there especially the views of the lake and wildlife from the cafes outside decking area. Hope to visit again soon.

This is a lovely place, beautiful setting and friendly staff, yes the cafe finishes serving hot food one hour before they close, they are a small cafe servicing a very busy park at times. Everything is made fresh to order and serving homemade cakes and good quality coffee, you couldn’t find a nicer spot on a sunny dayThis is an unfair forum for people to post anything they like without question, you make up your own minds.

Barely have any staff to fulfill orders. Waited for like 30 minutes to be told that they’re not cooking food anymore. Complete waste of time. If you can’t service customers, clean tables off or even take orders then what’s the point?Pretty much an overpriced tuck shop... Useless.

Called in at 3pm to he told they were shutting, the signs outside (2 of them, said opening 10 - 4) we paid £3 to park the car and their atiitude was they couldn’t care less. I do not recommend this place just from the rudeness of the staff!

A great little cafe serving subtle salads in the summer and warming winter fayre when the wind turns cold. Sitting on the terrace by the lake is a delight on a hot day but the place is open year round, just the spot to warm your bones on a chilly day after a brisk walk around Barnwell Country Park. The only downside is that spotty and inconsistent opening hours mean you don't always find it open when you expect.

A small café located in the fantastic Barnwell Country park, serving cakes, sandwiches and ice-creams.
