Went on a Monday at 11.30am, started with a refillable coffee while waiting for lunch time. We were a party of 6, ordered with the app. Good choice of meal items to suit all. One of us ordered the battered cod, but hostess came and informed us straight away that no cod available, but was very apologetic and soon sorted alternative. Meal was served very quickly, all food was hot, tasty and as we all had something different it arrived at the same time. Restaurant was fairly quiet, but we sat for well over an hour and a half enjoying our meal and drinks, no pressure to move on. Staff very attentive without being intrusive. Started to fill up a bit as we left but a good time to visit. Will definitely be back.

Depending on what day you go depends on how good of a experience you get. *VERY* affordable food and you can always be promised a nice refreshing pint. Atmosphere depends on how you surroundings are but most of the time it’s pleasant. Doesn’t break the bank so I’m pleased 😀

Got a good breakfast here but could have been hotter, very spacious inside and comfortable seating, the staff are helpful and friendly, and its quite a busy place, good value for money 💰 👍

Had a quick bite to eat with the family. Restaurant was very clean ordered via the app so food and drinks came very quickly. Good no hassle lunch who could ask for more it’s a chain pub.

Came here for St Patrick's day. Friendly staff. Ate in the restaurant area, food was traditional pub grub, and it was nice. Was pleased to see the "Ask for Angela" campaign in the loos. Would come again.

I come in regularly and there is a good selection of ales and tasty classic pub food. All good value. Service is also great, can be a little wait when it’s busy and they could probably do with another member over lunch/dinner, but overall the staff are experienced and handle it very well. Special mention to the short brunette with curly hair who works weekends. Very friendly and doesn’t stop making sure everyone has a pleasant experience, probably the best in the business. Will keep coming, definitely my favourite local in rushden, nice to see you can vote for the next ales too

Here I should post 2 stars; however, Adam was the sole member of staff due to absence of colleagues. Had to wait, however Adam is a gold mine to this company. Courteous, did not fail to talk and explain the situation, managed the situation until his colleagues arrived superbly. Breakfast took too long refund provided efficiently. Well done sir, I shall be back. Regards Patrick Speaight.I trust that the company takes notice of Adam's taking control, of this no win situation.

Poor service and attitude from staff. Asked to change kids drinks as lip stick marks on glasses to the point you could probably guess the shade, bar staff response "and"!! Great customer service 👎 had to give 1 star to post should be 0

I have dined here on a few occasions. The staff are amazing. One person stands out, the assistant manager Maj he is a great ambassador for the Wetherspoons brand. He is polite, treats every customer as a priority and always makes you feel important. If you dine at The Railway say hello to Maj and you will see what mean. Well done The Railway Inn and well done Maj.

Ordered food for the purpose of the jack daniels sauce as it’s the main part of the meal, they put the food down without the sauce and said nothing. After asking the waitress for the sauce, she told us it had ran out. Nobody told us this before the food came, and they didn’t even bother to let us know when they put the plate down. Food was bland and missing the best part. Won’t come again.
