The Ship Inn restaurant in East Northamptonshire

Stopped in with some friends after a show at the Stahl theatre. Some very unsavoury clientele - we were made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Would not go back

Proper pub. Quite busy on a Thursday, early Evening, which was nice to see. Outside seating area. Dog's welcome.Excellent choice of real ales. Reasonable prices

Great little place, fantastic choice and great service.

A good range of ale and other drinks, food was of good standard, the Ship was positioned across the road from Victoria Hall, so for us having a beer and a bite to eat it was ideal.

Nice old pub, could do with a bit of updating inside. Well worth popping in for a drink if in the area.

Basic accommodation, but clean. We had a evening meal which was very nice and served well. Nice beer.

Traditional pub in the centre of Oundle. Log fire, great value and tasty food combined with good service. A couple of the beers were off hence 4 rather than 5 stars. Definitely work a visit.

Everything you want in a pub. The beer selection is great and the atmosphere is exactly what you hope an English bar will be. The food is very tasty and the menu has a broad range of choices. It is perfectly located in the heart of Oundle. A great place for a quick pint or a full meal. Highly recommend!

Was a lovely time. They took us even though we didn't have a booking. We waited about 45 minutes and it was very much worth it. The food was good, the drinks good, the service great, and the atmosphere wonderful. Nice for dinner or drinks with friends or on your own. But please, be kind and request a booking as the staff can only accommodate a certain number of guests at a time.I highly suggest the Ship Inn when you are anywhere close to Oundle!!
