Just been for a lovely Sunday breakfast. Perfectly poached eggs on buttered crusty bread for me and the English breakfast for my friend. All fresh ingredients and generous portions. Extensive choices and great coffee. Very reasonable prices in a bright airy bar. Try it! You'll like it! [No photo sorry - too busy eating 😊]

On arrival the Landlady was very welcoming and friendly.Food was cooked beautiful and well presented.Prices are good and very good value.We will definitely be back, thank you👍🏽

A lovely place with a lot of character. Food was excellent at a reasonable price. The lady who served us was very friendly. We all enjoyed our evening very much.

Well where do I start. AMAZING FOOD at a great price. Had the Sunday roast with all the trimmings and selection of all three meats. Nice friendly staff. They even made Gluten Free cauliflower cheese. Nothing else to add .. this is a hidden gem!!!!!!

Had a lovely lunch . Food was excellent value . Had our granddaughter with us who is four , they had really good choice for her and an excellent play area that she enjoyed too. Staff were lovely and really helpful with our order . Will definitely be visiting again. Its a lovely family orientated pub .

Absolutely amazing food, staff friendly and very helpful. Would of given a 5* but disappointed that a lot of people are smoking next to the kids play area. Would be nice to see a smoking area in car park away from the children. Will definitely be back again 😎👍

Stopped here for lunch on our way back from the east coast.. we sat in the garden and tables spaced out plenty of things for children to play on.. food was absolutely delicious and generous sized portions.. would recommend to anyone. Plus dogs are welcome 🐕👍

Amazing experience from start to finish. Warm welcome, helpful and insightful service, fast and efficient! The food was faultless, we had a 3 course meal and it was spectacular. The service and delivery of food to the table was homely and comforting. Staff were informative and knowledgable. We will be returning. Little fire burning, and live music playing, what more could you want on top of the service and food! Thank you!

Amazing Sunday Roast, good portion of beef cooked medium, just as we asked. Homemade yprkoes, crispy roast potatoes, side serving of veg..Absolutely delicious.

Love coming here,had the perfect diner here today . There cauliflower cheese with just a hint of nut Meg is to die for . Prices r excellent food is plentiful on the plate . It is run by a family they r polite, friendly and well worth going to visit .
