Lovely staff, quick service and lovely drinks

Really nice good quick service. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Dosent matter which outlet we go to always excellent service, food,drinks etc places are all immaculate.

Me personally don't think it's great coffee . Plus when people are queing they don't tell them we're to stand .

Lovely friendly staff. Clean and relaxed atmosphere inside. Plenty of space and very comfortable seating. Drinks perfect and also serve some vegan foods which Iam pleased to see. Nice to sit near windows and look out at the views. I will call in again :) Thankyou

This is a great little shop with wonderful, friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. The drinks and food are prepared promptly and to a good standard, and the place always appears clean and tidy. The reason this is not a five-star review is that free wifi is limited to only 30 minutes per day - if it were unlimited as it is in many coffee shops, this would be the perfect place to sit and do some work!

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the price of coffee.The staff have always been good, polite, professional and courteous. The store itself has an outdoor seating area, a good indoor area with plenty of seating, disabled access and facilities, it is always clean and well looked after, it's a friendly and welcoming place to go and relax while doing your shopping or meeting friends and family.

I've been to this Costa on many occasions, and today was a better experience than I'm used to!!The staff are usually friendly, but the queues are often too long. As a result, clearing the tables is often slow too.Today however, they were pretty much on top of everything which was great to see.Phone reception is not that great though (and non existent towards the back). They do however have wifi, but cant vouch for how good or reliable it is, as didnt try to connect to it.

Usual Costa, drinks and food are overpriced. Free WIFI but only available for 30 minutes. Nice place to have a natter and a catch up however. You do however on several occasions have to fight through the smoke with the smokers outside, it's a smokers paradise. In my opinion smokers should be put in a room on their own. I dont find the staff are very sociable I feel they are there just to take your money. Toilets at the back
