Food is always spot on but shame the woman on the phone is always so rude and not very helpful. When food is missing off our order she claims we never ordered it and refuses to send it out when we know for a fact we ordered it and paid for it. Shame it ruins the experience

Moved to long Eaton a year ago.Tried this place way back when moving in and have been coming back regularly.Food is always piping hot, fresh and delicious whilst being made to order in a very fast time frame. Pricing is very good too, quite the average cost of a Chinese takeaway meal.Staff are friendly and polite.Will continue to come back.

Food has been steadily going downhill for a couple of years. I’ve been eating their since 1980. However, they get the order wrong regularly, miss thing off, and last weekend sent my order twice, after the first order was again wrong. Won’t be returning so looking for recommendations to try a new place.

Still one of the best Chinese takeaways in Long Eaton. Fresh ingredients, full of flavour & delivered piping hot on time. 10/10 guys. Well done.

I've been a customer since the fantastic Willow Tree days. The food has been going downhill since it changed hands and I've been going there less and less. Tonight was the last straw. They've changed the curry recipe beyond recognition. My curry wasn't the slightest bit spicy and had a very strong tomato taste. Just like how you'd imagine Italians would make a curry. Yuk. Nothing like it used to be. The final straw? They've changed the pancake rolls from the big delicious beauties they used to be, to awful thin things. I chucked most of my dinner away. Never again. Two stars for old times sake only.

Have been coming here over 25+ years and never had a bad Chinese meal UNTIL they sold the business a couple months back and the last three times the food has been undercooked, rice still frozen or certain dishes being cold in the middle. Myself and quite a few other regulars have all now found somewhere else. Will never go here again. I wouldn't even give this a 1 star if I had the choice
