Domino's Pizza Ilkeston in Erewash

Shout out to Steven the manager who gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever had! They sent me the new pesto pizza with no pesto. Offered to refund me just half the pizza. But I had to send it all back. Once I’d sent it all back I was told I couldn’t have any confirmation of my refund. He was VERY rude, extremely patronising and the staff were laughing in the background whilst he was on the phone. Don’t use this store. You don’t want to deal with Steven.

Ordered hour and a half before requested delivery time. 20mins after pizza due contacted store. Flippant apology for wait at end of call. Pizza arrived 30mins late, cold and hardly cooked... same with sides which included chicken. Will not use again.

[edit] poor portions of side orders we have switched to Pizza Hut instead. I have also passed this complaint to Richard E Allison Jnr.

Pizza was as good as you would expect. However we waited about 15 minutes for our pizzas. 2 pepperoni only 2 be given 2 cheese. We then had to wait a further 10 minutes for them to remake them. Seems like such an odd mistake to make .

Sort your pricing out, FFS £20 for a pizza, dough, sauce, cheese and a few topping, the sad part is you can make 6 yourself for a fiver, and the worst part is they charge less in the states for larger pizzas, they're taking us Brits for chumps.

Ordered my pizza at 18:30. App said it was on its way at 19:00. 19:30 still no delivery, literally live 10 mins away from Domiones. Rang up 2 times to be told it was out with the driver. 19:45 it finally turned up but was stone cold. Called up again to complain and was advised could send out a new order which would take an additional 40 mins ! Said no and want a full refund. I was asked to give our order back to the driver to collect, why i don't know. I hope it doesn't end up being someone else's order. Poor service and they didn't seem bothered.

Said delivered an hour ago. Rang 14 times no answer finally turned up freezing cold 1hr30 after I ordered. Already made my daughter some other food so this cold pizza just went in the bin. They are literally less than 10 minute drive. No one has called me back as I requested with the delivery driver. I want a refund. Poor service. Also when inspecting said cold pizza there was hardly any cheese on it!

One hour 40 mins for a cold pizza that got sent back, clueless delivery driver who despite clear instructions and two phone calls cant find a clearly signed business . The tracking system is hilarious our order was being quality checked for half an hour, a joke. Woeful

So I happen to order from this dominos in ilkiston and the bottom line is the staff is confused on what deals the do, member of staff mentioned a few prices made me confused, at the end I just what do you want and she said £18.99, keep in mind my pizza was £11.99, but I thought just get out of there eat it, well when I got home wrong pizza in box. I did eventually eat it and now I am writing this review from the toilet. Never again at this branch. Sickly ingredients and clueless staff. Good luck everyone.

Poor QA, one Pizza can be fine the other one a mess! This is that cheeseburger pizza it is supposed to have double ground beef on it... Shocking! You can barely see the sweetcorn I had on it too! Staff don't care.
