KFC in Erewash

Ordered a 10 peace meals and a 10 peace hot wing meal. We got what we ordered. Good customer service it was via drive through.

It's ok, got a 10 peace bucket and a 10 peace hot wings meal and it was ok. Nothing to complain about. Service was also very good. It was via drive through.

Lovely little KFC. Been to a few in recent months and this one definitely has the best staff. Talkative and helpful, really made my visit worthwhile!

no popcorn chicken and would not swap for anything else so you either pay the same for less or dont order any meals and lose out that way. very poor

Terrible. On our way back from somewhere thought I would pop in the drive through to pick something up for me and my daughter. Got all the way home, realised from a boneless banquet and kids popcorn chicken meal with corn on the cob I ended up with coleslaw, no corn on the cob. And 3 mini fillets! Called them up and offered 20% off my next order! Would have had to take the food all the way back for a refund but my daughter had already started eating her food by the time I finally got an answer. I understand mistakes but just look at the other reviews. Always the same. Don't go here

Twice in a week I have been in this kfc. And walked out with no food. There was 2 seperate customers and told its a 15mins awaiting on food. And the resterant had noone through the drive through and 2 people awaiting food. The time before my colleague and I waited 15 minutes without even being served due to aparantly being busy. Sorry but there isn't enough staff to keep this place running. Just don't go to this awful place.

Ordered on Just EatFinger licking amazing!Delicious, hot and quick. Order was perfect, even my special request. Driver didn't use the doorbell but that's not KFC's fault.Also, why does a can of pop need to be in a box? But I'm sure you have your reasons.Can't remember the last time I was so happy with an order! Outstanding!!

😡 #ROTTEN FOOD & MISSING ITEMS! 😡Once again KFC offering the delights of poor service. Absolutely awful. Delivery was quick, but missing items - Fries, Tomato Dip.I thought I'd give them a chance (more like 5th chance amongst other local KFC's - KFC A610 near NCN College, Chesterfield KFC, Langley Mill, all abysmal).Ilkeston, Rutland Street, served my Zinger Rice Box meal with rotten / past dated lettuce as seen in the #photos. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN! 95% TIME, NO MATTER WHICH KFC I HAVE USED, THERE HAVE BEEN MISSING ITEMS.Exactly one week ago before this review, I had this exact same meal - that same night I was severely ill causing me to bed ridden for the next couple of days - now I'm served once more with rotten food! Food was cold, fillet tower burger was cold and had no mayo on it and bbq snack wrap had no lettuce and wasn't toasted! Why do I spent £16 on a treat meal that isn't nice! Especially when I live 2 minutes drive away from the restaurant so you can't blame the delivery drivers!

Visited here earlier, we usually use the Langley Mill one but the road was closed off. We will not be going back again. Understaffed so they kept coming over the speaker saying "Sorry". Our order was wrong we got beans which we specifically said we didn't want and a salad was missing. We had to drive back to Langley Mill and we then discovered the bucket had split and the bottom had fallen out which has ruined my jeans and shoes. Two pieces of chicken dropped through the bottom of the bag which was wet through with the grease. The food was fine but the service was very poor
