McDonald's Restaurant in Erewash

Normally okay, but tonight cold stale burgers and missing basic toppings like cheese, tomatoes, bacon, only good for the bin. Ice-cream had melted to milkshake, absolutely pointless.Truly disgusting, I wouldn't waste your money, there are better Drive-Thrus close by 🤮🤮🤮

Never had any problems here. Polite friendly staff and the foods alwayls been good.Usually go after work about 2am and the staff have always been great. When I've eaten in on the odd occasion it's always been clean and again the staff are rlalways friendly and helpful

I ordered dinner via the McDonald's app the app is awful to use after which felt like a lifetime I was happy that I ordered the correct order a chicken big mac meal and two double big mac admitted I was out with two of the most fussy eaters in England one wanted a big mac with no sauce and the other a big mac with just a bun 2 burgers and cheese anyway a big mac with big mac sauce (who doesn't like big mac sauce) and a big mac with just a bun pickles and 2 burgers came and the fussy eaters weren't happy at all!! a member of staff was nearby and she heard the moaning and ask was the problem after showing her the burgers she quickly got the burgers changed for us and everyone was happy and enjoyed the food we were happy with the customer service today and would go back again in future

I have never rated a McDonald’s before but this one in Ilkeston is terrible. Ordered extra pickles and when I got it home it had none in whatsoever. Had to park up and wait for the food and then it came out stone cold anyway. Bun is dry. I wish this wasn’t my local McDonald’s

The one star rating acknowledges the fact that when the drive through is virtually empty, the service is prompt, the order correct and the food hot. Be unlucky and arrive when there’s more than 5 cars using the drive through..,, expect a ridiculously slow crawl to the order point, slower crawl to the pay window, and to be asked to “park up and we’ll bring you’re order out to you”Then expect a long wait to see some poor girl carrying four orders desperately looking for your and three other cars. Fully anticipate your order being at least partially wrong, and the food luke warm at best. Shocking. And completely unacceptable. The store clearly cannot cope with the volume of trade at peak times whilst fulfilling online delivery orders.

Ordered a single sausage and egg muffin as I was still hungry, after having a breakfast meal. It took 16 minutes for it to be delivered to the table!! Fast food - not, a good job I wasn't in a rush ☹️

Gets very busy most days and usually lots of collection/delivery drivers waiting either inside or in the car park. The new 2 lane order system helps a little but be prepared to wait a while at peak times. Other than that it's a McDonald's so what you see is what you get.

Went here for a fast lunch. In the car queue about half an hour. Absolutely shocking. The car park was just a free for. The only way this place got planning was a massive bribe I think. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. (first time Iv put a bad review for a mc'ds)

Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The first batch that was given was cold, the second had no cheese on, and on the third attempt the manager said as a sorry he put extra cheese and extra bacon. all again was cold and the bacon was raw after going back to replace our food twice i can only conclude this was a two finger salute from the manager so just binned the food and left

Unbelievable, after raising a complaint and giving the restaurant another chance mcdonalds has disappointed me yet again!! Ordered a double quarter with no pickles no onion recieved one with onion on. It was busy but these mistakes could cost lives secondly something has to be done about all the rude uber eats drivers their behaviour is disgusting pushing in leaning on counters trying to get staff to assist them when already very busy in my opinion they've ruined the experience of going to mcdonalds there's no order and they do whatever they please and finally upon getting back bite into burger to find some plastic which I have taken a picture of if you require this. Another very disappointing visit
