Sainsbury's Cafe - Osmaston Park in Erewash

Cafe does not sell breakfast or proper meals anymore! Just below average pick your own to heat up food. Will not go back again !

It's very airy and bright here and there is always somewhere to sit. The food is the standard Sainsbury's Café fayre so always cooked nicely and very tasty.

Worst experience in a Sainsbury's Cafe ever. Slow, slothlike service, limited sandwich selection, no clean trays, long wait on a Panini & a slice of toast. Plus miserable faces.

The till staff were ok and I'd come here again for coffee (maybe) but the food was GRIM.I had the bigger breakfast. I wasn't timing but it definitely took over half an hour to bring to us by a critically unmotivated and uninterested youth who plonked the wrong meals down in front of us leaving us to swap over ourselves as he sloped off. (Not a big deal but then again, asking who ordered which meal isn't exactly difficult either- but I guess that hadn't occurred to him).Anyway, the food was cold. The beans, egg, sausages and bacon weren't great but at least at some point they'd been cooked, (even if it was a distant memory). I did wonder what they'd been doing with the mushrooms and tomatoes in the 30+ minutes it had taken to prepare the food though because they seemed like they're just been ejected straight from the packet straight on to the plate. A big cold, hard, uncooked mushroom was NOT appetising.The food was, frankly, disgusting and very disappointing. Total waste of money. I'm shocked Sainsbury's allows itself to be associated with such terrible muck!Obviously, I won't be going there again.

Food is ok but delivery time to table is always slow. Cant remember the last time I came here and they had everything. There are always dishes they have run out of or items like serviettes, cups or straws etc. It feels like poor management. Much prefer Sainsburys at the Wyvern....what a difference !

Asked for vegetarian sausage and mash, waited 40 minutes and when it came the sausages were meat! Got a refund and Kieran was very apologetic but wasn't his fault. Someone in the kitchen not taking their food orders seriously enough. What if it was a religious or allergy reason I don't eat meat?

Sainsburys Cafe, its very clean and tidy and food is simple but satisfactory. Service is not quick so beware a lunch time if you are in a hurry. ... Seating area is open but uninspiring and featureless.

Polite staff offered alternative due to availability. Brought to our table as my partner n I had a lot of shopping. She noticed he was disabled and offered this even though they were very busy at the time.

Nice place in a nice area. The food is pretty good but you do get what you pay for. The service is great though. It is quite a relaxed place but they do do great cakes and hot drinks, im not a coffee person, but my family do like their cappachinos and lattes
