Absolutely Great Food and Service

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the chips were ok, the fish was not fresh, over priced and a hard texture, also didn't taste good, I feel robbed,

Excellent quality and very good portions, perhaps a little too much for lunch.

Asked for 2 small chips and curry sauce ....£7.40Admitting they were huge portions ...I think this is over priced .I asked for small for a reason because my hubby can only eat small meals.Lady who served me was miserable too .no service with a smileI shall not use again il stick to my normal chip shop which was cheaper and better quality food

Great friendly staff, fish chips or whatever the multitude of other items on the menu chosen is always great tasting and properly cooked. The batter on the fish is gorgeous never too greasy and very very tasty. Best chip shop in the Midlands

Just had the most delicious cod and chips from The Sawley Catch. Beautiful juicy fish in crisp delightful batter and more chips than we could eat although tempting as they were lovely.

I can only rate it on the Kebab I purchased this evening. The quality and texture of the the Doner Meat was very poor. Very little flavour and very low on meat content. It's a shame as they're nice people and it's clean.
