Decent place, staff are nice, good price alchol, food is ok but the toilets are awful.

Wonderful place. First time popping in today. The staff were lovely, super friendly and helpful. The food was really good too! Chicken wings perfectly cooked and crispy, sauce put on the side so they didn’t go soggy. Very impressed!

Poor customer service, served by a girl called luci according to her name tag. No customer service skills busy chatting and when I asked for some cutlery for our food all I got back was "cutlery?"Wearing fake nails which isn't allowed but food hygiene standards. Food took way to long for how many people were in and got naff all filling in the kebab and not much with the jacket for the price.Personally customer service really needs sorting out as had to many bad experiences with some staff member being rude, taking to long to serve as to busy chatting.Sort it out

Four stars for pleasant chicken pie 🥧 meal and coffee. Good service and table was wiped down on request. Nice enough staff and building.However, the pub was full of foul mouthed chavs strutting hither and thither. It had an offputting roughness and vibe that is definitely not the fault of this chain, or the staff serving. It just seemed full of mouthy beermonsters shouting in gangs. Not great if you're in a gastro pub to dine in. 😟 🤔

Myself and two friends went for lunch on Thursday 20th of January at 1.30pm. Upon arrival it took an age to get the barmaid attention because she was talking at the end of the bar. I ordered the drinks and enquired about waiting time for food. Was told there was no waiting because it was very quiet. After clearing the tables ourselves we ordered our meals at 1.55. After a 50 minute wait we finally got our meals, which was ok, but friend ordered pie n chips. No gravy came. After asking twice it eventually arrived, by which time the meal was nearly gone and the pie was cold. Poor service all round. Too busy on their phones rather than looking after customers.

I've just paid £4.99 for a very basic tuna mayo sandwich. Way over priced. Don't waste your money and go Greggs. The loaded bucket is way over proced also :(

Served by the lovely Lana, who made us feel right at home and kept us updated. Had to ask about the kitchen. Those vegan are option are lovely, so props to Adam and Julie. Presentation was spot on and the ‘no chicken Katsu’ was a fave. Also, self service coffee that tastes that smooth, for such good prices!? Yes yes yes

Had my husband's wake there, on a Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't busy, the staff were welcoming and polite, the food was lovely, nicely presented, good value for money. The warren is on the ground floor with no steps to enter, there is a large pay and display car park just across the road. There is a patio with plenty of seating outside, one area has a roof over it.

Excellent value for meals and drinks and just had a face lift. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a room upstairs that can be used for special events like prize giving parties, weddings and adult parties. As a downside you can sit outside, which is great, but you are surrounded by smokers who ought to be band from the premises. Cough Cough. Nice selection of senior meals with a pudding whoopee
