Star Kebab House in Erewash

Ordered a large shish kebab delivered £13.80 came in a bag full of grease cold and it was a small one not a large under cooked meat bad customer skills when we rang and told them they wasn't interested stay away 0 star rating they need

Came here for Christmas Eve takeaway and was nothing but disappointed 0 stars if that would be possible.Then tried to pay in shop and was told they do not accept card? it’s nearly 2022 who does not accept cardBecause of this I had to walk down the road to a cash machine and pay even more to withdraw my own cash to pay.Also the food was very bland and tasteless as well as a rip off.If you’re thinking of eating here, don’t bother.

Rubish customer service , they make you wait a long time for the food , the food is not fresh and doesnt tase good .

Best chicken kebab in the area, good pizza too, fast delivery, never had any problems, my go to place for a quickly delivered meal!

Firstly, the restaurant is not clean, and I saw a mouse wandering around the restaurant, and I saw the kitchen of the restaurant. The dirt is a lot like a dump, meaning that the food is not clean regardless of their poor style!!!

Food came freezing cold. Rang to complain and was told not our problem you are lying bye. Do not order from here cold food and extremely rude !

Seen I had a pizza from here I don't want pizza from anywhere else. Highly recommended for quality takeaway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How can people complain about this kebab house, I’ve been all over the country and this is the best kebab house I found. I live in Giltbrook and still pay the £2 delivery charge cause there that good. Keep up the good work star kebab👍🏻

Do not order from star kebab house. Ordered from there tonight asking for garlic sauce on our food ended up with mint yogurt. They said they would be sending out a fresh kebab with garlic sauce but when they turned up they just turned up with a small pot of yet again mint yogurt so we made our way to the shop to show them it was mint yogurt. He was arguing that he makes it him self and adds Mint into it. After telling him that he should specify that as we could have been allergic to the mint. He had the chance to mention it included mint before he sent it out but didn’t. After arguing we just asked for a refund which he slammed on the counter at us and the whole time kept telling us to shut up. Disgusting customer service will never order from there again.
