Tried to overcharge by 30 per cent, food was rubbish

Ordered crispy shredded beef in BBQ sauce this was cold and the beef was on top of the sauce not mixed.the prawn crackers was like cardboard.was told delivery would be upto 45 mins .1 hour 10min later I rang up to see where my order was. I was told it was on its way . So when I got it, it was cold and 30 mins late. When I complained they offered to cook it again and send it straight away. I declined there offer so they said next time my order be free. I declined that offer too as I will not be using them again. I did ask if they had a new chef they replied NO so I said maybe you should get 1.ive ordered from these many times and this was my worst meal

Just had an order from here. They did the order incorrect then blamed us, They was so rude and then put the phone down . Won't be going again rice was hard and disgusting may as well of been raw. Chips so dry. Don't eat from here,go to some where else. Because that business shouldn't even be running. Such poor customer service and communication skills. Not great food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We have been using sunwah throughout this pandemic, the service has always been excellent and great quality food please continue with your high standards, I struggle to believe some of the negative reviews we always order through the online system and it really is very efficient really looking forward to our 1st order of 2021 , which will be tonight

Have been ordering from here for a number of years. I normally get a very polite lady answer the phone to take our order. We have spent quite a lot of money here over the past couple of years. On this occasion I had a rude gentleman answer the phone to take my order who in all honesty had as much customer service skills as a dry chicken ball. I spent over £25 and was asked if I wanted free spring rolls or a bottle of coke of which I asked for the coke. The order came without the coke. We rang back to see if it had been displaced but the rude gentleman said oh no it was because you did not specify which drink. If he thought that why didn't he ring back to just double check? This seems to be a bit of a scam to take your money and run. How many more have fell for this unsuspecting trick. Will be ordering from somewhere else now on

We used to order from here and the food was good. The last time was yesterday and the roast chicken and chips was inedible! The chicken was hard and dry! I called them up and told them and the reply was ‘I asked if you wanted gravy on it and you said no’. My reply was ‘ gravy wouldn’t have made this chicken soft, it’s dried out’. Reply ‘ Well, that’s our chicken and chips, sorry’. END of conversation! Very disappointed. Will not order from here again!

Ordered from here on Friday evening. Food was disgusting . Rice was off . Prawns were soggy. We all ate it and everyone in the house was ill. Spent a lot of money on this Chinese and it was a waste. None of the food we ordered was eatable. Don’t order from here!!

Had to take our food back talks abounds SALT ordered a house fried rice was like slopes pancake rolls 1 was perfect the other taste like earth the chips all I can say is oil field chicken balls all I can say is can chew a tennis ball all in all we used to use sun wa but now never again . I work for nnc and will be taking the pancake roll to the environment health
