Big shout out to the Great Staff at this Cafe.Especially Beth & Gemma!I witnessed today by Beth, somebody who totally gets Customer Service!. Beth, did her job with a smile and a nice word for everybody. Her compassion and understanding for a 90 Year old regular Gordon went beyond her job as it was obvious this is the only company he would have today. You deserve a big pat on the back and Tesco and us customers are lucky to have you.

Extremely slow service i do not know why they have the bell if they are just going to just ignore it. The driest jacket potato i have ever had. No butter on it , i could sparsely see any mayo on the tuna and was gatnished with limp unfresh spinach.

Just waited 45mins for avocado on toast and a panini after waiting 20mins to get a drink. Will not be returning.

The place needs to be shut down, the manager isn't making it any better. I've heard so many staff have left due to how bad the organisation is and the lack of teamwork. There was a lovely young girl who worked there who was doing so well however she was to good to be working there! All the staff need to be replaced including the manager...very unprofessional! Cannot believe tesco have still not done anything about this.

Shockingly bad. Have had ok service in the past but two days after the Easter bank holiday I visited with my elderly mother and my two young daughters for a light lunch. Asked for a cup of decaff coffee only to be told they had run out of decaff and were waiting for a delivery "as it has been a bank holiday" then ordered two mac and cheese dinners only to be told they had run out of macaroni cheese with the same excuse delivery delayed as it's been a bank holiday. Come on Tesco cafe, you are on the site of an enormous supermarket, surely there's a contingency plan in place rather than running out of supplies. We ended up with a rather bland and soggy southern fried chicken wrap and chips that were all the sharp scrappy ends with dark noggins in. Since that cafe changed its design and layout of meals it's really not up to the same level as it once was.

I used to eat breakfast twice a week there until they put the prices up and cut the porcians down

A bit lacking in service no one cleans the tables when it's busy but that is no excuse if it wants to run a cafe then it should do it properly not half hearted in fact it stopped me going in in the afternoon

Good cup of tea. Scones dry. Kids fish fingers booked too much
