Gone down hill over the last 6 months, food cold, coffee machines always broken

Wish they had more choice like they used to pre covid.

Now this was unbelievable! As I had to order on screen and could not get an extra the staff sorted it out straight away, no trouble and really could not do enough to help. Thank you

The burger was delicious I enjoy it better then Mcdonald

Went in for a hot drink my partner had a Christmas meal meal came but had no cranberry sauce which was disgraceful

Decent menu and bright clean environment. Standard full English of Supermarket fare but still very tasty. The ordering and payment options are varied; touchscreen order and pay at the entrance, tradional pay at till or sit at table scan code and order. Only problem is, there is no clear sign (if any) explaining this, so on ordering at the screen or till, you find yourself asked for a.table number which you obviously do not know at this point due to not sitting down yet!I suggest a clear sign with you choice of order methods explained.

It seems like it doesn't matter which Morrisons cafe you visit they are all eerily the same in there low quality food and always served barely luke warm in temperature.I really must learn my lesson not to eat in them, but I like to retry every few months if I happen to be in one, on the hope they have changed but alas the Meteor centre and Ilkeston ones are still as rubbish as ever.

Lasagne and the best side salad!Other eating establishments seem to think a side salad consists of just lettuce leaves.
