Nice pint friendly people nice landlord makes you welcome

Popped in the punch bowl over the weekend, very family orientated atmosphere, its good to see that the owners are taking covid seriously at times like these, we enjoyed our amazing home cooked chip butty, we will definitly be back soon.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Always an enjoyable evening

We have visited several times for a drink and once for food. A friendly place with a reasonable selection of drinks. Several good beers on tap. The food menu is adaptable - the chef will adjust for any dietary requirements, which is really helpful

Good little pub with a nice atmosphere. They do excellent pies on a Wednesday. Only thing that slightly let's this pub down is a lack of choice when it comes to ale. If you're a fan of Doombar type ale, you're golden. However not seen many IPA's on my recent visits. Maybe bad timing on my part. Still overall it's a great pub.

Very nice pub with lovely food. An old building with lots of history attached. Large free carpark and lots of indoor and outside space to eat and drink. The staff are kind and friendly and Sarah who spoke to us today was very helpful with our requests. I would come here again, you try it, I don't think you will be disappointed.I have been in again today for a homemade Chicken and Mushroom pie, which again was brilliant, so I will now give The Punchbowl a 5 rating which I don't give lightly. Well done to all the staff

Second time in a fortnight me and my wife have been for dinner........had two great meals. Just had the best burger and home made coleslaw I can remember. Staff are really friendly and it has the feel of a nice local pub. Looking forward to eating there in summer with our little one.

We booked for the carvery today,it is the best carvery ever tasted. A choice of three meats and amazing choice of veg and differently cooked potatoes. Thank you also to all the staff so polite and helpful, 5 star plus.
