The Risley Park in Erewash

Wow service was great and food was amazing. My friend had a burger. And I had a combination of sides. The sizes where very generous. The veg was lovely aswell. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend.

Mixed feelings really. Came for dinner. The food was great, and I would give the food itself 5 stars... However the service was awful. It wasn't particularly busy but we waited a very long time for someone to take our order (and that was after us twice going up to the bar asking for someone to come to our table). The staff were completely inattentive, quite miserable and didn't appear at all interested. A real shame as the food and setting is nice, but the service really let's this place down.

Meals are adequate but prone to variable quality for the same order. My peas were either canned or re heated several times because the shells were falling off. My companion's 'Braised fillet steak' was quite tough and much different to our experience on previous visits.

This restaurant is very expensive and to be honest I found the food lacking!I ordered a lamb chop that was advertised as 10oz but the whole thing was basically bone, what meat I could pry off was tough and chewy. The wait for food was too long, we waited a good hour and the other half of our party got their food before us meaning half of us were sat waiting either before or after.I won't be going again. If I pay that much for food I expect it to be really good, frankly I've had much better meals at a weatherspoons.

The best meal my wife and I have had in ages at this type of pub/restaurant. However the staff are a bit eager with two people asking if it was ok and everyone calling us "guys".I would have left a tip but THREE different people served us... Not very personal.

I loved this place. Waitress was so kind. I love the food. I dont know if I can come this town but definitely visit ıf I come back

Went to photograph a wedding so sampled the food and how good the staff were.Staff, very helpful and no complaints. Did everything they were supposed to and helped me when needed. Thank you.Venue looked great, food was amazing and drinks were flowing.Found some great spots for photos just a short walk away as well, so don't let the limited places on site put you off. We had great fun taking some bride and groom portraits.

Had a good meal. The young staff where friendly and helpful. The Sunday Lunch was of good quality, well represented and arrived in accept able time. Some of the vegetables where slightly over cooked, but for the price, it was good.Only disappointed is the place looked a little tired and didn't really match the web page. Also having plastic plants is disappointing. Please thank the team- they were good!

WOW just had a fantastic meal here. Friendly staff, excellent service made a for a great evening out. The menu is extensive and value for money, I highly recommend Risley park

Always great service when visiting Risley Park. The Sunday dinner was really fresh and tasty, you are provided with your gravy and vegetables separate so you can help yourself. Highly recommend.
