Best tapas in the area by far and my go to place for a treat. Best priced aswell.

Visiting this cozy restaurant after refurbishment and it looks great. Beer garden and new decking amazing for summer. Food is delicious and quite wide range of beers, ales and ciders. It’s a shame that Staropramen beer was taken off but there is still plenty to choose. There are all flavours of AU vodka. Staff is friendly and place is very clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend and we sure visit again soon

What a great Pub ... First time we have been there for years ... We had lunch and a drink . The steak pie I had was the best pie I have ever had, what a meal that was .. we will definitely be back .. landlord l, landlady and staff were just so lovely ...

What an amazing place, bar and serving staff were exceptional. The food was to die for, we all had roast dinners and a pudding plus a drink and it was value for money.Good luck with the refit we will be back.

We saw the post regarding the refurbishment and we’re quite looking forward to seeing the end results, we regularly checked Facebook for an update but nothing….we visited this evening and we were greeted by opinionated locals voicing their opinions of “dogs yapping”, quite unnecessary in our opinion, then we waited to be served only to be met by a young inexperienced member of staff who didn’t either acknowledge me or use any manners during service, on my way into the beer garden a local asked me to seek the door prop as the door had closed ????? Overall extremely poor experience through bad service and locals running the show we won’t be coming back !!!!!!!!!!!

We went yesterday for our wedding anniversary and my birthday .It's a long time since we've been ,but having read the reviews we decided to give it a go .The food was absolutely fabulous .We had 10 tapas dishes for sharing and churros for dessert .As avid visitors to Spain over the years ,we have eaten a lot of Tapas over the years but can honestly say these are as good as any we've had in Spain .All freshly cooked ,hot and well presented .The owner was so friendly and took the time out of her busy schedule to chat to us ..Every part of this meal and service ,hospitality was exemplary and it is our new favourite place x

Extremely busy causing a slow serving of Sunday Lunch but when it arrived it was worth the wait.A very tasty and well cooked meal with a full plate with plenty of variety.It is essential to book in advance.Will visit again when in the area.

Family Celebration Birthday, had a wide range of tapas dishes, all were very tasty. We were very impressed with the food and the service. Thank you to all the staff there, we will be back again. 😃 Highly recommended

Best roast dinner I have ever had out, everything was beautiful.

Traditional English style pub near the village church in Ockbrook. Serving Spanish tapas and they were absolutely gorgeous. We were out for Boris eat out in August deal which was brilliant. We had 20 tapas between 4 of us. Amazing selection and good service. Plenty of garlic and olive oil. I had half an Estrella on draught. Wine was very enjoyable. But the chocolate churros were heaven. Nicely set out to meet post Covid regulations well worth booking a table.
