USA Express Chicken in Erewash

Always pop in on a night out, never had any issues with the food, staff friendly and quick service.

Great food I go there all the time thankyou 4 a great service and food

Perfect for a quick bit after a few beers, nice food efficient service and good quality food

Can get extremely busy (if later in the evening), but food is OK, and reasonably priced. Getting served can be chaotic though, as don't appear to serve people in any order

I’ve ordered food from here before, unfortunately it seems they have become a bit stingy on their portions.Ordered a couple of large chicken kebabs (at extra cost), large and small were the options on just eat. When they arrived they were very small, not much meat as there had been in previous times.I phoned them up and they said they only do one size, explained to them I paid extra for large so could I have the difference between large and small refunded or more chicken sent out - they said they wouldn’t do this and if we aren’t happy just don’t order from them again.I asked to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone said it was her mum and she didn’t want to speak to anyone, very rude, didn’t seem to understand the concept of customer services and repeat business value. So in terms of customer services I’d leave no stars if I could - sadly it’s now an overpriced small kebab, best to order from elsewhere.

just dont go in with a card they try to rob you add 1 pound on top of the order !!

This is ilkeston and i regularly drive here from Derby just to buy their chicken.Attractive young ladies always polite, friendly and with big smiles.Best chicken around and well worth the drive. Their chicken skin is out of this world and reminds me of early 80s Kentucky Fried Chicken when they had pride in their food, nowadays i just avoid KFC as it is greasy soggy tasteless garbage, this place the skin is amazing and beats KFC hands down!I reccomend the 5 piece chicken!!!!Im going there again over the weekend for my chicken fix!!!

Last time I visited here the chicken clucked! Honestly thought it was some kind of sick joke!! People have a drink and enjoy themselves, they want something nice to eat at the end of the night :) Disrespectful to give customers the junk you have...

Not happy at all with the service or customer service. 2nd burnt pizza in a row absolutely disgusting and cus I tried it and didn't want to be one of these customers constantly moaning I couldn't get a nice new fresh one sent out to me. So basically I've paid for a pizza to be chucked in the bin. We were very good regulars but not anymore. The whole experience from delivery to the phonecall was absolutely disgusting and the customer service is not much better either. I will be telling my friends and family so they won't be going again either. Left with a burnt pizza REALLY! Not a very good establishment at all. Got nothing good to say about you at all.

Avoid. Ordered food and they said 50 minutes to an hour but after hour and a half I still had no food so rang up and they said it was on the way then another 15 mins later i rang again to cancel and they said it would be with me in the next 2 minutes and could have it half price. Fair enough I thought but another 15 mins later still no food. Obviously kept lying it was on the way and when I rang and said 2 hours was not good enough and I want to cancel the man I spoke to just shouted "fine" and hung up on me. Never use them again. Customer service is disgusting!!!
