Blossoms Cafe at Floralands in Gedling

My wife and I have called most weeks and the quality of the food and coffee today was very poor.We ordered two latte and two cakes. The cakes arrived, the cinnamon platt arrived broken and unwound and was tasteless the pecan and maple arrived with 2 half's of pecan and did not taste of maple. These were played up by the owner.Coffee arrived one latte glass had dried coffee down the glass which was sent back and was wiped off with a cloth. On drinking both were luke warm .What has happened here. It made up our mind that familiarity breeds contempt, so we will take our custom elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and portion size. Manager wouldn't come to see us regarding our complaint, waitress said she was cooking in the kitchen.. 10 chips on my Son in laws plate, my lunch wasn't much better either. Certainly won't be eating there again.

Spot on cafe with really nice staff, food and drinks are very reasonable and tasty. highly recommend visit

The £7.50 burger meal was poor. They started cleaning the floor at the end of the day before we got up to leave so every floor was slippery. They also locked a women with a baby in the toilets after closing time.

It was a sunny day and owing to existing rules we had to take a table outside. We took a table complete with an umbrella.Placed our order at the inside counter and was served and waited.on by a delighful and pleasant young lady.As this was the first time out in ages really enjoyed our coffee and cake

We visited the cafe on 25/9/20, and we have to say we wont be visiting again. All 3 of us were not impressed with the food, one of us had to send our poached eggs on toast back and then had to wait far too long for a repalacement that was just as bad as the first.The latte was horrible and what we paid was very over priced.On a positive note the cafe was clean and the staff were very nice.

Normally love this cafe, but please reconsider the use of highchairs.Dumbles is not allowing highchairs to be used because of Covid-19. What is the difference between a highchair and a chair? All it results in is a toddler running around and breaking social distancing. It's a really ridiculous rule. She ended up sitting on a chair. This is the only place i have been to with this rule.I am leaving this review to make parents of toddlers aware before they arrive, as it really does mean you will have the most unrelaxing time.
