Costa Coffee in Gedling

Costa is consistent, though the cafe latte lack of solid coffee.

A lot of vegan options.New, funky decor.

Nicola needs a pay rise! Made my day. Lovely staff, lovely service and lovely drinks and food. (Honestly tho it’s rare I even leave reviews genuinely made my day) you never know how bad someone’s day is and her positive energy was definitely infectious :))

Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of food and coffee options. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Took some time to be served and tables needed clearing but I think they may had been short staffed. Coffee was nice and staff friendly.

Hated it. 3 guys stood behind the counter not acknowledging the customers as they entered. Received the wrong order with no apology. Over 50% of the tables had dirty cups and trays on them, whilst the staff chatted behind the counter. Dirty cups and milk jug. Will definitely not go there again.
