Costa Coffee - Mapperley in Gedling

Coffee is delicious as always 😋 the staff an so friendly an helpful, one of the best costa iv been too

I'm not a coffee drinker or ever really visit a coffee shop. However meeting friends so I didn't have a choice. Sat outside in the glorious sun, luckily there is also some shade from both friends and the awning 😀 . I enjoyed the cake and tea, although it was only cake and tea. Friends seemed to enjoy the coffee. Did not go inside.

Costa coffee in mapperly top was lovely. Treated the family to coffee and hot chocolate drink. First class service.

Very busyLots of staff, who at times were standing in the way of the customers.Used to come here most weeks, but has changed a lot in the last year.

Tables full of pots. Staff lovely but not enough staff. Feel quite expensive on food.

Dont have costa very often, but treat myself every now & again. The staff here are very friendly & efficient, good place to meet friends & have a catch up

Really tasty coffee ☕️ served here. Can get busy at times, but the service is as quick as possible. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you use the Costa Coffee app on your smartphone, can collect points for free hot drinks. Parking spaces nearby next to main road in lay-by.

Whilst the service was great and speedy, we wanted to sit down and enjoy our drink. However, a good amount of tables had trays with previous customer's plates and cups. Also, the seats and floors were also spattered with crumbs. It did feel as though the store was understaffed, as it wasn't busy at the time we visited. I'm not aiming blame at the staff, as they were doing the best in the situation, but it was clear that it wasn't manageable for them to maintain the space and the service. It's unfair for them to be expected to maintain the high standards I'm sure they expected to uphold, whilst also providing professional customer service.
