bought melt in the middle no fish cakes absolutely vile tasting like eating vinegar, wont be buying again

Love shopping here. Staff are very friendly and easy to find parking here. Enjoy to stay and shopping. The young girl works in cafe is very friendly and polite.

We went at a quiet time after shielding for 18 months to ensure Covid safety. Not a single member of staff, including the manager wearing a mask.

Nice food hall. Their fresh fruit is out of this world. It costs almost double what it would in a cheaper supermarket but it tastes amazing.Their ready meals aren’t bad but I rather go for their fresh stuff.Pretty awesome crisp selection as well.

We found a male member of staff to be very ignorant. Almost ran my partner over with his trolley while stocking the fruit section. He didn't apologise or even give a second glance. He blocked most of the display and made no attempt to move aside, even when I said "excuse me". He then decided to hold a conversation with a female colleague blocking the entire isle. It made our visit to that section very rushed. Didn't realise until we got home that the oranges and nectarines we purchased had best before dates on them for that day! And they had been the fruits he was putting out.

Excellent, lovely to see the staff back behind the counter. Only marred by the lack of the sausage baps, our first visit after lockdown and we were really looking forward to a sausage bap!!

Very good customer service from old lady that was working on the way out from the store never been so well served for long time . Left the shop happy customer and I will definitely going back there again . No happy about the price but m&s the quality of the food and it’s clean and always look 5 starts . Very good

Visit for shopping every week. Staff have been great throughout the pandemic. Trolleys cleaned someone on the door, helpful and polite. Being a home care worker I appreciate all they have done and are continually making sure customers are welcome, safe as can be and give me and I am sure the majority of customers confidence. I am sorry to say I have witnessed some customers not being so nice towards staff at times! and I apologise on their behalf. I 👏 all the regular staff and those that have come from other departments and stores. Jenny.

This is a food retail outlet much frequented by people who know that Marks and Spencer food is second to none in quality and reliability for freshness and flavour. The shop itself is not too large but has a very nice cafeteria where a welcome snack and hot food and drink is available using their own products. There is plenty of choice to be had with an in-store bakery and also lots of bargains to be had. On the whole a really enjoyable shopping experience.
