Mcdonald's Restaurant in Gedling

This branch always seem to mess my wife's order up, she has coeliac disease meaning she can't eat gluten, due to this she has the burgers without the bun. Now I think it doesn't take a genius to figure out that they shouldn't be putting the plastic cheese on the bottom of the burger box (they put her burger in chicken nugget boxes) ... the burgers melt the cheese and it ends up stuck to the cardboard box every time, it looks like they just throw the burgers in then throw the salad into the box willy nilly. having something as simple as wheat taken away from your diet is hard enough without having people basically spit on what you CAN eat.They never seem to salt their fries and I have never had a burger from here that was seasoned.Due to all of this, we now go all the way to the arnold mc donalds as they are very considerate for my wife and their food is prepared with pride, regardless if it is fast food, food still has a standard.

It’s the second time I get old food. Last time my fries were cold and soggy.. today I ordered a triple cheeseburger with double big mac meal and again fries are old, the triple cheeseburger cold and soggy. Just very disappointed from this place. Also last Wednesday 02.03.20222 the place was not open 24h as it’s advertised. I drove all the way from Southwell to end up going back empty handed.

Been to this McDonald’s for years usually it’s ok but for the last month every time I’ve been the bins havnt been emptied , the tables are dirty , no coffee or milkshakes as they always seem to be playing with the drinks machine on a Monday morning .the manager was more interested in walking about outside and barking at the staff .

Just had payment refused by a very rude and argumentative server who clearly didn't get the irony of a McDonald's not accepting Scottish bank notes. Never had them refused anywhere else, so it must just be him being a knob. Well done for permanently losing 3 customers.The Burger King just down the road had no problem with my chosen payment method and their burger was much nicer.

28.00 for a family meal, top bun off big mc looked like it had had a bite out of it so was wasted, fries tipped upside down in delivery bag, no straws for drinks, daughter had no ghurkin on her burger, what a waste

Door was open and freezing inside. Music super loud with disco music. This is the second time the portions of fries where cold, asked for warm ones and gave us another 2 cold portions. Burguer was also cold. Very disappointed.

Not the best of the McDonald's brand. Fries are often cold and the burger buns can be dry(old). The staff at the drive through are friendly enough

3rd week in a row items missing when arriving home from the drive through,feel to rushed to check on site!!! , I usually pick up at least ten meals, will be trying KFC next time 🤔

So unusual to give this Mc D's 2 stars but; Fries were like they were re- fried so tough & over done, Diet Coke flat no fizz at all & no napkins!! BM was fine.

Check you order before driving off half the food was missing. no time to go back. The food we did get was good though.
