Nearlly 2 hours waiting for food and no discount food not nice not order again

Always top notch food. Delivery can take a while so best to collect if possible.

noticed the drivers parked outside next door eating and when I have checked my food it looked like someone had been in my chips and chicken balls the portions looked short to normal and she shortchanged me by £1 won't be ordering again

Waited 1 hour 20 minutes to receive….Cold food.The lady that answers the phone is very rude.Lots of other nice Chinese takeaway in the area.Will never use again

If you ever want a chinese takeout, this place is for you. Their food is always nice and is always earlier than what they display (they usually deliver in as little as 20 minutes when they advertised 1 hour) other chinese takeouts can be hit or miss, but this one is always delicous.

I have ordered from Tangs Aspley for a few years and absolutely loved the food and service. But the last couple of orders have been disappointing, I don't know if the chefs have changed, but the food quality has been poor and the recipes seem different. I'll be trying somewhere else for a while I think.

Does what it says on the tin. Thoroughly nice food generous delivery. Wang is good man and friendly neighbourhood. I'd recommend mix deals and chow mein, pork balls always. Yes

Ordered food £27 worth from the Aspley Branch @8:45pm still waiting @10:15pm called to cancel and they offered no explanation of why it was taking so long! They really didn't care! We will use Chopstix Chinese on Aspley Lane in the future!

Have ordered from Tangs for years as it was always enjoyable however we have noticed that the food has slowly gone down hill and the staff are extremely rude now.We placed an order a couple of weeks ago, the lady repeated our order back to us and told us 45 minutes.when the food arrived the chips were missing, i called her back for her to tell me i never ordered chips. when i told her i did and she repeated it, she started shouting down the phone at me saying i would have to pay for them as i have not been charged. I told her multiple times that it was fine, just send the chips. Eventually she sent them. Whilst dishing out the rest of the food I noticed the chicken and broccoli in garlic looked strange, when tasted it was pure oil, no sauce just plain oil. It was disgusting.I called again and asked for a refund for that particular item, she started shouting down the phone again that they do not do refunds. I told her i did not want the poor food that was sent and was happy to send that item back so she could see it was just oil.After 10 minutes of arguing she said she would refund this one time only and that's it.Poor poor customer services for below average food.Also they no longer send the card machine with your delivery so you have to pay via cash and that is it
