This is by far the best chippy in the area. The fish & chips are always freshly fried and absolutely delicious. Fish are generously large and chunky. The batter is golden, crispy and not oily. The mixed kebab meat again is definitely the best we've experienced locally, not overly salty nor swimming in grease, and made extra tasty by their homemade in-house red cabbage salad and chilli sauce. Prices are competitive, the staff are fríendly and always welcome you with a smile. Finally, it has to be noted that this chippy is super clean... they clearly clean thoroughly and often. Never had a bad bag of chips here, frequently eaten every chip in the bag as thier hasn't been one bad chip or with eyes in them (peeled properly)Common to wait for the chips to be ready.

Had food from here twice now and it's top notch. Chips are tasty and cooked to perfection. (My opinion) all other foods were good. Staff are very friendly.

Always fresh chips and such good portions. Staff very friendly. Best chips in town. Large portion of chips would feed a family of 4. Such nice gentleman and they often treat my little one with a lollipop. Highly recommended.
