Ve Raj in Gedling

First time I have ordered from Ve Raj and I won't be ordering again. Half of my order was missing and the rest was either wrong or very small portioned which is disappointing considering the price. When I phoned up to complain I was met with a care free attitude and a " what do you want me to do about it " unfortunately it won't let me leave a zero star review so have had to give 1 star begrudgingly

Service excellent and staff very accommodating. Food was excellent, and tasted very authentic. Would highly recommend.

Have just been to Veraj as a group of 11 for my mum's 70th birthday. As always the food was first class, and it is a warm friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for making a special lady's special night x see you again soon

Out of all the restaurants i have ever been to, this is by far , THE WORST ever!!!!Portions are extremely small (mix grill 1 piece of tikka and 1 piece of meat cube, less than half skewer of kebab, 1 prawn) !! It is like some1 ate a part of the dish before serving it!Side dishes are so expensive and not complimentary!Obviously no longer going thereVery disappointedVery frustratedVery hungry!And very expesnsive for nothing!Even my dish had vessels in the meat cubes, meat was bad quality

Absolutely beautiful food and top notch service! Every dish is restaurant quality and the staff couldn’t do more for their customers. They forgot the popadoms on a very large and confusing takeaway order and brought them round within 5 minutes with complimentary onion bhajis. Feel very lucky to have this in the village. Highly recommended!

Ordered a meal last night, 3 people so a good selection and I must say it was delightful. By far the best delivery I have had for a long time. We all ate the lot. First time using these but won't be the last

Mixed grill was a bit poor, massively overcooked but had nice flavour. Everything else was OK to good.
