Betsy's Ice Cream Parlour in Harborough

It's a taste of my childhood with extra toppings.

We stopped to Gallone's on Saturday the 25th of June 2022. Bought a tab of pistachio ice cream as this was the only place I could find this flavour and it usually tastes really good. Unfortunately this time was a real disappointment. It was like putting spoonfuls of sugar in your mouth, the pistachio flavour was not there as well as the distinguish pale green colour. We had to bin the ice cream as it was inedible.

Waiting for 20 minutes then left. Queue moved at a snail’s pace. Kindly hire enough staff to run your facility they looked absolutely run off their feet and it’s not fair on them.

Very friendly staff, fantastic ice cream and very generous portions.

We always get more than planned but the service is great and food is top notch!

Absolutely fabulous! 5 stars if you looking for large portions, excellent waffles, large variety and everything kids could ask for. 4 stars if you have a more discerning pallet for ice cream. The flavours are by no means bad they are lovely but not luxury. I will still go there many more times with my kids though.

Delicious!We visited for Ice-cream and the amount of flavours was outstanding!I had the Fruit Salad and it was just like the sweets!We sat outside as it was lovely weather but from what I saw inside it was spacious, clean and family friendly.Friendly staff and good prices!

Excellent ice creams and a very wide selection of flavours. A relaxing ice cream parlour experience which children of all ages love.

Wow! Didn't even know this was there. Must have passed by it every time we've visited Mkt Harborough. We'd not long had breakfast so unfortunately had no room for one of their gorgeous, tempting sundaes so had to make do with a waffle cone filled with mouth watering salted caramel ice cream. Omg, it was to die for. Hubby had 1 scoop of pistachio & 1 scoop of biscoff & he loved them both.It's a lovely big place, plenty of tables & seats. Prices are excellent.Love the different size cones & sundae glasses to suit little kiddies to adults.Cannot beat Gallones ice cream. You can even buy a 1 litre & 2 litre tubs to take home. Fantastic! Got a special offer until end of July, but 1litre tub & get 2nd half price. I think the price was about £4.25 for 1ltr.Every family should know where this is & take their families for a lovely treat!!

Lovely place. We came on Sunday afternoon. Still a lot of place to seat. Nice service, tasty ice cream and delicious waffle. My family enjoyed the time here.
