Caffe Nero in Harborough

Great cosy and pleasant place

Clean relaxing environment with friendly efficient staff

Average coffee but wonderful cakes.. staff friendly and helpful. Do not like steps up to the entrance door as it meant we had to sit outside.

We have been visiting Cafe Nero in Market Harborough for many years and the staff, food and coffee are great. However for the past 3 or 4 months the gents toilets have been out of action. This means all the men have to use the disability toilet. This needs to be resolved quickly (and as I understand the problem relates to a light fitting) shouldn't be that difficult. Come on Cafe Nero get it sorted and move up a star or two!

Clearly the member of staff serving us yesterday at 5.30 pm didn’t want to be there, didn’t like dogs and couldn’t be any less interested in our order of two lattes and a cake. Could definitely benefit from some customer service training. Had to repeat our order twice. Sternly told me off for having my dog sitting on my knee. If he was on the furniture (which he wasn’t) I could appreciate her concern. Drank up and went as the atmosphere chilled our coffees.

You can rely on this Caffe Nero for a great coffee! I love the historical building and if you sit outside you can admire the Market Harborough town square. Polite and kind server Alex shined as a star employee making each and every one of his customers leave with a smile (myself included).

Alex from Cafe Nero in Market Harborough is absolutely outstanding at his job.He is always so polite, courteous, kind and caring and extremely professional.Whenever I visit the Coffee Shop he always greats every single customer with a smile and conversation.He is an absolute credit to Cafe Nero.Fantastic service, many thanks indeed Alex.

Good quality coffee, floor needs cleaning and toilets don’t have soap. Good location and view out

Pleasant coffee shop that serves nice coffee, cakes and sandwiches. There are some comfortable chairs and sofas so it’s a decent spot for a coffee and chill.Can be pretty slow at making the drinks but the staff are nice enough.Looking beyond the basics of a couple of comfy chairs and espresso based coffees it is still basically a typical teas shop unchanged from the 1940s. Uncomfortable chairs, dull walls, dodgy toilets and all a bit grey. Not a criticism particularly but a cultural reflection of “coffee shops”
