Superb place for dinner. Really good food, I even spoke to the chef :)

Food was very good, pleasant atmosphere, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Enjoyed our evening 👍🏻

Visited a couple of months back, after wanting to try this place for a while so decided to treat mum to sunday lunch. We were given the menus and immediately noticed that you could have one or two of the meats but not all three, a bit odd. There was also a vegan option but no vegetarian option so we asked the waitress for a vegetarian Sunday lunch (neither of us are big meat eaters). Waitress went off to check and came back to advise it wasn't possible. I questioned how is it not possible??? Just don't add the meat to the plate, simple!As it happened, the Sunday roast was pretty good but let down by the fact we felt forced to eat the meat on the plate.

Another really nice Country pub with a lovely restaurant,not cheap but good quality food. The drinks are at City prices the staff are attentive and friendly. On a Sunday evening many other places were closing the kitchen between 1700-1800 they serve food until 2100. When they are busy it does take time however the ambiance of the place makes up the seating is comfortable and the decor relaxing. We really enjoyed our visit.

We have been here several times early doors and the food is always delicious very friendly staff. Definitely be paying another visit very soon .

Seemed like a nice place to go and eat on a weekend afternoon.... wish I had went somewhere else. Firstly when we arrived we were looked at as if people had not seen a Black or Asian person before, it was very uncomfortable. The manager actually sighed when we walked in. Then came the food we ordered a platter which said 4 various meats from the smoker. We were given 3 different kinds of meat very dry brisket, pork ribs and wings that looked like they were coated in ketchup. Then we had the manager sit at a table near us and speak extremely loudly on his phone whilst we were eating. Next thing you know we get home and have food poisoning that night. Definitely not a great experience at all, won't be going back and I definitely do not recommend.

Absolutely superb food. Friendly, polite servers. Lovely cosy setting. Did i mention the food was absolutely banging?! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Great burgers - the smoker menu looks excellent too! We will definitely be back to get our burger fix!

Stunning food, lovely atmosphere, fantastic decor with very friendly staff. A very high end feel. I had the pit burger and crunchie cheesecake... delicious!!! Would definetly recommend to anyone.
