Domino's in Harborough

Absolutely dreadful!!!Ordered on a Friday night, kept up to date with the order via the app. My pizza was 'out for delivery ' when I got a phone call saying that the ovens were broken.The week before I had to wait an hour after the app said my pizza was out for delivery. Never using this dominos again!

Worst domino's ever! Waited ages and when the pizzas arrived they were cold, we were 7 minutes from the shop! Don't pick the phone up either, probably because they know all the calls will be complaints!!

3 times we have ordered (always for an occasion) they took the money then rang to say they had no drivers.The last experience was a phone call that they didn't have what we ordered following another phone call the driver had broken down. I ask if the food would be warm and ok."I think so" .I cancelled my order. 3 times is enough

My wife ordered at 7.50pm. The app kept saying it was being QA checked...which took about an hour. Rang the store several times and never answered then clicks off. Eventually the app says to contact the store for an update on the order- which is good if someone picked the phone up! A couple of weeks ago they said they'd delivered when they hadn't and then said it would be 40 minutes!!....now to get a refund....anyway, won't be bothering with them in future.

Awful place, ordered 8:35pm on a Sunday, they cancelled my order on the app at 9:30pm and no-one answers the phone. Still charged me for my food that I didn't receive! Would give this no stars given the choice

Never received our food. Ordered online and waited for almost 2 hours only to see on the tracker that our ordered was delivered. ??? What???? Nobody ever answered the phone in the store. Last time I order from them. Big disappointment.

Cold pizza again ordered extra cheese and did not get this.....disgusting service once again I need to move on from domino's pizza

App said it had been delivered, called store twice, attitude on phone very poor. When it did arrive eventually (literally dumped on my door step) it was cold. Called to complain told full refund on its way no offer to re send now very hungry. If they have a driver problem maybe they should pay them better !!!!!!!

This place is useless. Just took 1hr 45mins to deliver us cold pizzas. Supposed label printing problem but 11 phone calls, not 1 answered, no explanation no apology. What should’ve been a treat for our 5 yr old was completely disappointing. Gutted, as used to live in an area with a well run franchise and now only have these clowns

Rubbish service again. I did a pre-order for 5.30pm and nothing arrived. After called for 1 hour someone picked up and said "just wait".No explanation or time excepted and now it's been 2 hours and still no pizza and no one is answering my call.Do not buy from them. Avoid at all cost!
