Flames Grill in Harborough

Shocking the chicken was raw I rlly wouldn’t be surprised if it was rats and not chicken. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone took an hour an a half to arrive. I’ve been told that you have a rat infestation.

ordered takeout for delivery this evening. when it arrived the driver was pretty much in his car already before I had even opened the door.then when I get everything out of the bag my chips are missing.ring to say about this, but could tell they didn't really want to resolve the issue as just offered to give me free chips on next order (hardly free when technically already paid for them). told then I wanted my chips now, you could tell weren't happy with as had to travel back to desborough. 45 minutes after calling , the chips finally got delivered but were stone cold. when called to say about this, excuse was that the driver has many deliveries. I mentioned the food should be in a hot bag, not just on the seat. all the guys argument on the phone was that he got the chips to me.even the rest of the food that was initially delivered was horrible, absolutely soaking in grease on oil, and the garlic mushrooms were disgustingly dry.

Always good food, fast delivery and the drivers are very friendly and polite!

Order took nearly 2hours!!! When it arrived everything was cold, garlic bread was literally just bread. Didn't even get an apology. Will not be ordering from here again!!!!

Ordered food for it not to turn up at all hour and half later called and was told sorry were closed DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TO ARRIVE.

Food arrived earlier by about 10 minutes which was appreciate. Chicken burger meal was delicious, real flame grilled chicken, hot on arrival. Chips were fine and drink was cold.

Got order wrong from an, online order by forgetting half order. Rang them sent it out and then tried to charge me again the whole order. It was still wrong when opened as wasnt correct order

Used to order from here years ago but the food quality went downhill. Decided to give them another chance end of last year and it was good.... the first time. After that there was always something missing. The final straw was just after Christmas when I ordered food for 5 people and there was a whole kebab missing and they wouldn't bring out another because it would take 45 minutes despite living just a 5 minute drive away. Customer service is also very poor, try to fob you off or tell you its on the way when that isn't the problem you're phoning about.

Tried to order online, but was put off by the service charge. What is this service charge for? Probably to compensate for the credit card fee which is against the law. Unfriendly staff. Warm drink. Chicken kebab had a good taste but most pieces were too dry and whole kebab too expensive. Tomatos and onions too chunky. Used to be a good take away but not anymore. I won't visit again.

I do not recommend!!! The food showed up missing 1 persons meal, when I called to tell them, the response I got was a rude "well what do you want me to do about it!?" because even though I definitely ordered it and I definitely heard it when he read the order back, they have the nerve to claim it wasn't on the order to begin with!!!!!
