"We are a traditional farm shop selling our home made and home reared produce alongside an array of local and British goods. Our Beer Barn is packed full of local and British beer, wine, cider & spirits. We also have a selection of greetings cards. Our Farmhouse Kitchen serves food & drinks 7 days a week (last food orders at 3pm daily). Most popular items are our breakfasts and afternoon tea! We also open one evening a month; see our website or Facebook page for details. We have animals to see throughout the year too and also host events regularly (see our website for full details)."

Two Catthorpe breakfasts ordered. Food was great and they accommodated our substations. No complaints about service, everything was perfect. Only issue, and it’s a big one, is the constant high pitch noise. I can only describe it as similar to one of those devices old farts use to deter cats from the garden. It was incredibly intrusive at all times and is stopping my rating the experience any higher.

I have been coming here for years and in the past have always walked through the shop to get to the seated eating area at the back. This time however we had to go round the side of the building and wait to be called in through the side door and seated. Ordering is now via an app from the table. All of this is what you might expect during covid times but since all restrictions are now lifted it did feel slightly impersonal - just my opinion but I find spending the first few minutes of a mealtime on my phone can take away a bit from the experience of going out to eat with someone. The menu is ok, typical cafe options suitable for a light lunch, we also had the brownies which were spot on. I have previously bought the home grown meat from here for special occasions too, and would definitely do so again.

Lovely food and a great country store for all your cooking needs. Outside in the back car park are chickens. There is a barn with pigs in for you to visit and baby lambs too this time of year. Don’t wear your best shoes tho!

A group of us visited the cafe today (Saturday lunch time); we hadn't booked and therefore the only tables left were outside, so I'd advise you book as even they were full shortly after we arrived. We were given a paper menu but also viewed the menu digitally, as we had to order via the website; there was more on offer on the website menu and some of the prices were more expensive i.e. chips on the paper menu were £2 but were charged as £2.20 on the website. Our drinks arrived promptly but there was a long wait for food (50 mins). The ham and bacon we had amongst us was clearly fresh and local, but everything else was subpar; the bread was clearly from a supermarket (we expected the fresh local bread available in the farm shop as with the meat) and the chips were bland. There was some attempt to include a small side salad and a few crisps with the bap, but the egg on toast was very literally that and we expected slightly more for the price and setting. The produce in the shop was fresh and vibrant if not overpriced even for a farm shop in my opinion (£1.85 for a cucumber!), and we expected the same level of produce throughout our meal, but sadly that wasn't the case. The beer barn just off the shop had a great range of beers, and the gift shop on sight was worth a visit. I must add that the staff were very friendly throughout the cafe and the shop.

A BIG Thank you Julie and staff for the smooth arrangements for our wedding reception at Catthorpe Farm tea rooms. I would highly recommend them for a venue for celebrating special occasions ❤️

A nice place to pop into. Farm shop has the usual, and very tasty looking things. Didn't try the cafe, but there is an excellent and unexpected craft beer/cider shop as you exit, which contains a great selection of local beverages. The Silverstone range is particularly tasty!
