Mcdonald's Restaurants in Harborough

Cannot do simple things, I ordered a medium chicken nugget meal and when i received it there was no ketchup at all when i had asked and i had specifically asked twice for a sprite with no ice and they gave me ice. It’s not a big deal but they should be able to do simple things like this!

So I always go McDonalds and through the drive through. It’s usually all the same you make your order, and you get served.There was something different about this McDonald’s I got served by Stacey during the evening and she was very very polite and efficient. Think she deserves a promotion for her service and her hard work.

I tried the new chicken big mac. Was OK I suppose. But for the price, I expected better chicken. Just ordinary chicken burgers. Not even as nice as birds eyes frozen ones! Very cheap. Also square and did not fill the size of bun. I can say I've had one now... but will stick to the real big mac in future

Absolute disgrace! Ordered through drive thru, found out our order went to the car in front as they took the bags back. We waited another 5 minutes and recieved our order which turns out to be the same food they gave to the car in front as the big mac had a bite out of it. Discusting isnt the word for this !!

Worst mc Donald’s in the country! Mc muffins are rock hard every time I go, and it’s over priced, so your paying more for poor quality food. Please use other mc Donald’s to avoid disappointment 🤦🏼

Its McDonald's. What more can you say. I usually use the drive through. On this occasion unfortunately it wasn't all smooth. The order taker did get the order wrong, and when I corrected her, she did get in a huff about it. Shame really, otherwise nothing more to say.

Terrible, why does the burger look nothing like the pictures on the display boards, they always look like they have been thrown together, then someone sat on them, also always cold, should be in the bin not sold to customers. McDonald’s you should be ashamed!

Their milkshakes always come out with hints of strawberry, tried different flavours but they all have the same strawberry flavouring that lingers throughout the shake, sometimes they also come out like liquid instead of frozen. Side note I hate getting stuck behind families that seem to want to empty the store via the drive through, please offer some way to bypass large orders to allow quick buyers a way to get in get out.

It's the first McDonald's I have been in, when I opened the burger meal it looked just like the lovely big advertising picture..... lovely, thank you. I do wish I had taken a picture.

This Store has been updated with the new totum ordering boards and the old style counter to queue has gone though you can still order from the service counter the old back light menu board has been replaced with LCD monitors and the store is a lot more light and airy usual table top monitors for the kids to play and watch. A better layout of the tables and chairs inside gives you more room to sit table service is also available when ordering to eat in.
