Oh dear... Sorry, but the worst curry I have ever tasted, runny no flavour, cold and I counted 6 prawns.. Expensive will avoid in future

Thank you so much for another great order tonight. We use Red Hot Curry Pot all the time now, they’re so consistent, the food is always tasty and delivered with a smile and on time! Attention to detail is always spot on and the food always tastes fresh with loads of flavour.

Oh dear not used red hot for many months. But thought I’d give it a go tonight just being take away I thought it would be quick.I guess I should have realised when walking through the door two staff were sat there doing nothing. Alas benefit of the doubt I ordered (I’d tried to) but the interest from the young gentleman on the desk dispelled all my senses, as his phone was more important and couldn’t advise on a naan bread as rather pay attention to his phone … I left without ordering due to their poor lack of customer service … he then followed me to my car to try and offer me a discount… too little too late for me.. will not be going back

My order was an hour late from the suggested delivery time slot (taking almost 2 hours from placing the order to arrive). The food was cold. Very disappointed

Initial customer service good to get your order but quickly went down hill! Over 2 hour wait for food (no contact to advise of huge delay). I called after 1hr20 and told order was on its way- clearly a lie as it took another 45 minutes to arrive. When it arrived it was barely warm, all had to be reheated and food trays had been crushed so masala sauce was over everything. Incredibly greasy.Ruined our evening. Delivery driver tried to leave without speaking to us- no apology offered. Shouted at us from his car free curry on next order- there won’t be a next order.

Similar to other customers! Delivery driver sat in his car outside on the phone to his mate and just wound his window down for me to reach in and get my order off the passenger seat! Proper shocking service

I have been using the red hot curry pot for several months since the Covid lockdown began and ordered at least 6 meals and collected them myself because I live less than a mile away and self-collection comes with a discount. the staff are very friendly and efficient and call my mobile when the food is ready for collection. The food therefore arrives home hot and ready to eat. I was offered and accepted a free can of Diet Coke the last time I collected if I wrote a review! I usually order special rice, onion bhaji, sheek kebab, peshwari nan and a chicken curry like rogan or dupiaza. I've always been very happy with the food and enjoyed the meal and hence I have been back many times. The red hot curry pot was recommended to me by a friend who has Indian heritage and he likes the add a comment box on the online order form which allows him to request an extra spicy dish. I have recommended the red hot curry pot to my best friend.

Excellent service and delivery was earlier than expected. Very reasonable price for excellent food. Tried ther mixed grill and now have ordered it 4 times in a row!

Really good tasty food. Authentic cooking full of flavour and arrived hot and on time. Brilliant value for money we will definitely be using this place again, so glad we tried it.

This is by far the most economical curry purveyor in Harborough but it's better, in my opinion, than at least two of the seated dining venues near by.Edit, I've just had another take away and I take it back... it's not just good for a cheap joint, it's good. It's a great curry.Edit 2, I’ve become a big fan of this place. Tried lots of veggie, lamb and chicken dishes, mild and hot. Good variety of flavours, fresh ingredients, well cooked meat. Not been let down yet.
