first visit to Elms, met at entrance and shown to our pre booked table. Informed about ordering food at bar. After choosing from the menu I approached the bar and was met by a member of staff who was very helpful. My wife and I had the carvery and it was very good. All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Will gladly eat there again.

We went for lunch on Sunday… I ordered prawn cocktail and my friend went for hunter’s chicken. The dishes are both good but would be nice if they put less Marie Rose sauce and BBQ sauce. A suggestion is to serve the sauce separately.Overall the dinning is nice…

Very nice pub, that does Carvery every day. There is lots of seating areas, and the food was excellent, good choice of meats and the beef that I had was cooked to perfection and was really tender.

Booked as family of 10 seated promptly. Despite being very busy service was very quick and efficient. Some had carvery some meals from main menu, we were told when these were nearly ready so others could go up for carvery meaning we all got to eat main meal together which was great. All food was very tasty and well presented. Our visit was a really enjoyable experience and we would definitely recommend and will return again.

Had a great family meal. Service was great considering they are struggling with staff shortages. Atmosphere was great and nobody left hungry

Our Sunday roast was well cooked, hot and tasty. It was very busy and we were told they needed our table at two even though I had booked it till 2.30 luckily we had just finished. Car park was a nightmare to get out of as cars wouldn't let you out in order to let someone else in. If we go again we won't go on a Sunday.

Welcomed by very friendly man, who checked we were happy with the table allocated, as my Mum (85) has limited mobility. Great food, amazing selection of vegetables. A girl came to check everything was OK and happily provided us with more gravy, in little boats, as requested for my mother. Excellent value for money, we all enjoyed our meals very much.

Just had a quick pint on the way home from a family hike. The pub is clean, warm and friendly and has plenty of space between tables. There's a standard selection of lagers but sadly, only 1 bitter at the moment. It was a nice pint though. Also the Guinness was pretty good. We got our kids some food from the kids menu. It came out in good time and was hot and freshly cooked and was all eaten in no time. We'll definitely go in again next time we're passing.
