Excellent service. All the staff there were great! Food came out prompt and tasted lovely (credit especially to Steve the chef). Me and my children would recommend The Roebuck to anyone. Amazing experience. 5 stars :-)

Great food and cold beers.. All you need! Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Laurie is definitely a star of the show who always has a smile! If you fancy an espresso martini. .. Duncan is the guy....Always chatty and friendly too :)

Really nice clean pub, been several times before but first time since the fire. Great service, friendly staff and great tasting food, the reason I give 3 stars is I feel the meal prices are a bit steep for how much you get on the plate. Had the Burger last night and it was more like a starter than a main, I was a bit underwhelmed with it tbh and for £12 it was quite expensive for basically an half empty plate. Though it did taste very nice can't fault that.

Just met a friend here for lunch, and I have to say we both had a fantastic meal. They have a new chef and it shows. Please keep up the good work. We can't wait to come back. Service and Welcome was excellent as well.

We booked because I’m a veggie and the choice seemed good and varied for a change! We didn’t know where it was so we’re slightly disappointed to see it’s on a business type park. We were seated and the lighting was very bright, no ambiance but the service was very quick and the good delicious!

Great visit for us. Was passing through and thought we would try this place. The welcome was superb and our waitress couldn't of done more for us both. The food we had came quick and was hot. Defiantly be back again when we visit our mum. Thank you.

I turned up a bit early for my booking and the hostess was unsure if she could seat me, I asked if we could sit and eat in the bar which she replied yes to, thought she might have suggested this.When I placed my order at the bar I then had to return to the bar 25 minutes later to see where my food was, this was then brought out 5 minutes later and the waitress said how it had been sat on the side and no-one brought it out for us!

We have started to visit every Thursday for the quiz, as a team of 6 when possible. We always receive a warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere and a good laugh. The bar staff are sometimes short staffed, so it takes a while to get served, but that's not the fault if the staff that are present.

Very impressed with food!Ordered gougons of fish and chips.Best chips in the area!Followed by a delicious pudding and coffee.SAT in area with comfy chairs which meant we had to go to bar with our order.Not usually a problem but on this occasion older staff member on bar seemed quite grumpy!

It was a bitterly cold day & the Roebuck was extremely cold, which contributed to a less than 5star rating. I had the vegetarian pie which in itself was very nice, however, apart from the mashed potato the other vegetables were old, limp and, discoloured and as they were so unappetizing I left them. When the waitress asked for feedback I told her about the vegetables & she said she would tell the chef. Whether this happened I have no way of knowing.My two dining companions were satisfied with their meals, although we all thought it was overpriced.However on the basis of my experience I will look elsewhere for our next dining experience.
