1530 in High Peak

Fantastic… beautiful food, great service provided by friendly, efficient staff. Lovely atmosphere! Even the table water tasted divine ! Can only score it 11/10✅Will be returning to this little piece of heaven on Earth establishment…. It was nothing short of a taste sensation !!!!!

Very business like rather than genuinely welcoming.Was offered the table near the kitchen as they were fully booked. Only noticed after taking the table that I was actually sat next to the bin! (See photo)Have been Gluten Free for over 40 years now and have to say we're pretty well catered for nowadays. I was told that I could order any of the pasta dishes bar one from the menu. I ordered prawn 'linguine' which came as penne pasta 🤔 When I questioned it - I was then told all the options only came with Gluten Free penne pasta - no apology was offeref after the waitresses explanation just an attitude of they were doing me a favour???? very disappointing and misleading - I can have penne pasta from the supermarket anytime 🤷🏻‍♀️My husband (who isn't Gluten Free) ordered the 'fiery' prawn arribiata pasta - which wasn't 'fiery' at all!Overall - very disappointing and mediocre - definately wouldn't recommend.

We were lucky enough to book a table and upon arrival, Harry welcomed us in with a warm and friendly smile.The atmosphere was cosy and intimate.Spoilt for choice, Harry had a great knowledge of all the dishes on offer and upon recommendation we decided on the 'Stone Bass Fillet' and 'Chicken Truffle Shuffle'. Followed by a 'Baileys Tiramisu'. The food was superb. The wine choice was first class too.If you are in the area, 1530 is a must. We had a lovely evening, can't recommend this place enough and hope to visit again...

This is a lovely restaurant really cosy and very friendly staff . Food was excellent and very tasty . We were made to feel welcome and the service was top class .I would definitely recommend this restaurant . 👍👍👍

Food is incredible! I would genuinely eat there every day. I had the tomato bruschetta, seafood linguine, and white chocolate ice cream. All amazing but I'm already planning my next trip for the seafood linguine in particular. Atmosphere and staff are also lovely! Know a lot about their food and wine 👌

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, amazing food, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat then go to Burger King; 1530 is about relaxing and enjoying great food and nice wine (non-alcoholic drinks are available) in a relaxed atmosphere, the staff are very chilled and no-one is rushing around, we felt we could have sat there all evening and no one would have been kicking us out, highly recommended.

Very nice Italian restaurant in the small town of Castleton. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing.

This is a pretty little restaurant with some covered tables out the back and more in the garden for good weather. I was on my own and booked at short notice, so I got the last table under the cover but that didn't matter as the service was just as good as in the main restaurant. The staff are really friendly and approachable. So were the other customers, some of whom were clearly regulars! It has a really warm and relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the meatball starter and a pizza, both of which were delicious, as was dessert. The three courses and a glass of wine came to £34, which is very good value for such good quality food and atmosphere.

This is a nice cosy restaurant in the centre of the village serving tasty Italian inspired cuisine with a nice drinks menu. Service was friendly and prompt, and a nice touch was a little mini bottle of hand sanitizer on each table. Pictured is the Tumbo stew (seafood) and "Gino" garlic fries. Would definitely visit again.
