Buxton Food Spot in High Peak

Order food at 6.30p.m. was told 45 mins. An hour half later, told very busy and assured food would arrive hot. 2 hours later haf to ring up and chase again. Driver finally arrived and refused a discount and the food was stone cold. Tried to ring to complain and no answer. Pizza chips and kebab goes stodgy once warmed in microwave. Our food went in the BIN. Waist of money. Terrible service tonigjt

I find the food varies so much from here , hit and miss, same dishes but vary in quality from order to order? On the whole nice fast food but some things far to spicy ie seekh kebab starters. Don't know if they changed the recipe or started buying in, not the quality they use to be.

Great Tikka WrapTheir chicken Tikka wrapped in a fresh-made thick nann with salads and sauce is defo a good meal. The lamb tikka looked just as good. As the nann literally comes out of the oven just before it's made, I think eating right away is necessary, so maybe pickup or eat in, but I'd be skeptical to order deliveroo. Yes it's a bit thick but it's tasty. The lamb kebab (which I did not eat) was clearly not on the same level as their fresh, unprocessed marinated grill, but they do make good curries too.

Food is decidedly average. Worst is their uninterested, miserable customer service. Went in the other day and the lad was too busy on his phone and looked completely annoyed when I asked to order. Also they don't take card payments when there is a virus and its 2021. I also think their hygiene is suspect. A 'chef' in a bloodied disgustingly dirty white apron appears from time to time wiping his hands all over it. Horrible place. Only go in now and then as they are convenient for parking.

Excellent chicken tikka and lamb tikka kebab last night. Shame the nan bread was a bit too thick and doughy. Could do with making them thinner and cooking them for slight longer. Cannot wait to try their curries

Great place for a take away. Came here on a recommendation from a local couple as we were in Buxton for a weekend away. Ordered 2 kebabs and 2 fries - wow ! Perhaps THE biggest mixed kebab I've ever had...! The regular sized one was huge too!! So big we could only eat half a kebab each. Loads of fresh salad, if required. And loads of gorgeous crispy fries. Delicious food at a great price. The 2 lads running the shop were a great laugh too (hope your leg is better now....!). Fabulous place. We'll be back.Many thanks guys

This food experience was so upsetting. £26 of food ordered, £26 of food waste. I can’t even bring myself to feed the weirdest naan bread I’ve ever seen to the starving lockdown ducks in the local park. I don’t understand how they can justify delivering this.

The person delivering the order came and didn't have change. I had only been given two £10 notes to pay with and the order cost a little over 12 pounds. They expected us to be ok with paying an extra nearly 8 pounds because they couldn't give change for £20 but we said no and they went to get change for us. Along with this, they forgot our drinks. When they had finally come back with our change and our drinks, the change they gave us was 1 pound short. Couldn't be bothered with sending them again just for one pound, but it was annoying. Bad service

Love this place and order regularly, always been bang on. Delicious food, from curries to pizzas to snacks and naan breads, all absolutely gorgeous and never ordered something I didn't enjoy. Outstanding value for money, one of the fairest priced places about. Always quick delivery too.

Recently I have had two deliveries. The first one took an online order, two phone calls and help from an online source and then two hours for my like warm good to arrive.The last order I made I waited for two hours with hungry children. The phone wasn't answered when I called to ask where our meal was. I had to go elsewhere for dinner aa our order never showed up and phone calls to them went unanswered. The best thing is they THEY STILL TOOK PAYMENT FOR FOOD THAT NEVER CAME!!!!
