This is my regular stop off after shopping in Bakewell. The staff are friendly, welcoming, warm, helpful & chatty. There are small light bites, cakes, toasties - a lovely selection depending on appetite

·

Very nice staff, pleasant relaxing modern interior. Updating the opening hours on the door would be helpful, says closing 18:00, while actually closes 17:00.

·

Beautiful location for a coffee shop.Plenty of seating.Surprisingly not busy.

·

Recommend the seeded toast as a snack to go with your coffee of choice. Very friendly baristas.

·

Open for takeaway drinks and snacks. Pleasant staff and sanitiser to use on entry /exit. Good coffee and discount if use own cups. Still good quality drinks and food. Seeded toast good and get two slices and plenty of butter. No outdoor seating but can do takeout. Sanitiser still available. Toilets for customers.

Called in on my cycle out into the peaks, It draw's me in like a magnet when I'm on my own lol

I have been to various Costa over the UK . The staff at Bakewell store were really nice and pleasant . There was only 2 staff on today customers were really patient . Your staff had to keep apologizing to customers for having to wait! More staff needed .

First visit to the Bakewell shop in a while, but great service, fab coffee, but could do with a bit of refurbishment as furniture looking a bit shabby now

·

Sat here for two hours, drying off and reading a book. Typical food choices for a coffee shop, but made quickly and brought to me by pleasant baristas. Clean premises and good WiFi where I was.

So disappointing. Big adverts everywhere showing off their vegan breakfast, when actually they don't sell a single vegan option. When I asked they said they weren't allowed allowed take down the adverts. Mindless, dishonest advertising. Really poor quality toasties. No other options. Really Costa, everyone offers vegan options now. Absolutely disgraceful really. Only stayed for the comfy chairs so I could feed my baby Won't be back until you offer something better for vegans
