I knew that they are terrible as a service and pizzas not great but the delivery drivers are even worse ! I had one driver couldn't find my house and had 0 english skills. Not sure how they're allowed to work if they don't know english ???

While visiting Buxton from Canada, we decided to try Domino’s, and saw they had a buy-one-get-one offer on Tuesdays. We ordered two, and then I picked them up. When I got home, one was wrong. Their “Veggie Supreme” for my wife was supposed to have tomatoes, plus we modified the toppings removing sweet corn, and adding a different topping. The one we received was covered in corn, and had no tomatoes. My wife thinks that sweet corn on a pizza is gross (I agree), and without tomatoes, it wasn’t going to be good. She decided she couldn’t eat it.I checked their email confirmation, and it correctly showed the order as I had placed it, so I called the restaurant to tell them. They said they would deliver a new one to our rental flat. They called me back to confirm the address, and said it would be brought in a few minutes. Well, they simply never showed up. We waited from 7:40pm until they closed at 11pm. Not another word from them, and my wife ended up going to bed hungry. This is not good customer service. I cannot recommend a restaurant that did not make an error right after saying they would. They took my money and simply did not fix a clear mistake. To be fair, the other pizza was correct, and tasty, however my wife did not want any of that, as it was full of meat.

Has to be the worst dominoes I have ever ordered from. Cold, incorrectly topped pizza delivered more than an hour after it’s baked. I haven’t had one good order from this store since moving to the area. I will be collecting one from another store out of town in future. At least it will be hot when I arrive home.

Been waiting two hours. Had a message saying it was on its way a hour ago, tried to call the store about 20 times with no answer. Nothing showed up and can’t get money back.

So called 'manager' Sean didn't have a clue, zero hygiene skills. Handled multiple cash sales and then went back to kneading dough without washing hands once. Waited 45 mins for a walk in order.

Tonight we ordered a few Pizza's and were given a 40 minute delivery time. After an hour and 10 minutes and a call to the store to ask if it was on its way, to which the lady who now is known as Lilly stated our food was outside, our food arrived 12 minutes later. The food which was supposed to be still hot (as guaranteed by "Lilly") was warm and not hot as witnessed by the delivery driver. Store phoned again and we spoke to a staff member called Shaun or Sean. Told him about the issues and he said "Sorry". When questioned if that was all he was going to say to sort out the complaint he said " Yes, what do you want me to do?" At which the call ended. We decided to eat as we had waited long enough. Then we found the order was wrong. Wrong toppings on the wrong pizza. So again a call made to the store. A woman who would not give her name stated that they would make the order again but when we said that they could get the food and refund she refused. She also refused to give her name at first and also hung up the phone. A call from the store was then made and eventually the lady gave her name as "Lilly" as we stated we were going to make a complaint to head office. If you want to play guess your order, wait for a long time and get warm food that you then have to reheat then this is the place for you.Enjoy

I don't live in Buxton, Alfreton branch is my local Domino's (which is absolutely awful!) So I always look forward to ordering from Buxton. The pizzas are always spot on and full of a home cooked flavour. With the vast majority of takeaways in Buxton being so poor its reassuring to know there's one eatery that we can rely on!

I thought it was Spoons as I walked through the big shiny doors, only to be greeted by a little girl no older than ten working the register. Ah, it is Dominos. Staff at Spoons are at least 18 or over, but Dominos will employ a baby fresh out of the womb as they are so pro - slave labour. Anyway, the lickle girl gave my order to a boy in the kitchen. Pizza tasted alright I guess carnt complain

Dominos was always overpriced but at least was tasty hence we’ve ordered quiet a bit from there. What we’ve got yesterday was tasteless and dough was very chewy. Ordered 5 extra ingredients on create your own and got like 3 pieces of pepper on whole pizza, on the other few pieces of onion only. Highly disappointed and won’t order again.

The most delicious pizzas they have. But I would of gives it 4 or 5 stars if they would deliver it to your hotel room instead. I’m going to give it 3 for bit of lazy staff who will not deliver it to the room of hotel.
