I haven't been to this cafe for quite some time now, but was just thinking of my dear old dad and remembered this cafe that he frequented when he lived in New Mills before he died. My dad had severe mobility issues, and the kind owner was always so helpful and welcoming, always helping him to a table, and back up again! It's people like this that help reduce isolation for elderly or disabled people as it gives them the confidence to venture out knowing they'll be welcome. So just wanted to say thank you 💜
